This new privately owned property is self-contained with entrance gates and private car parking which ensures safety for any children. There are views of the sea from the master bedroom balcony and beautiful sunsets over the mountains from bedroom 2 balcony. The large communal swimming is only a few steps away with separate paddling pool for children, complete with sunbeds, wc and shower. The town of Caleta de Fuste is within walking distance where the beach, restaurants, shops and bars can be found.
There is a free bus service which runs from the 5* Elba Palace Golf hotel to the center of caleta, located 5 minutes walk from the villa, which also stops at the Atlantico shopping centre that has bars, restaurants, Spar supermarket, 6 screen cinema showing films in English and a 10-pin bowling alley. Caleta de Fuste is ideally situated for exploring the island.

Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with over, hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is complete with all cooking utensils, crockery, glassware, ironing board and iron.
Utility Room: Open air utility/drying area, clothes airer and storage space.
Living Rooms: Ceiling fan, blackout curtains, two seater sofa and three seater sofabed. Extendable dining table and chairs. Coffee table, satellite television, DVD/CD player, Ipod docking station, PlayStation with games.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bed linen and bathroom towels are supplied. Property cleaned and linen changed before arrival and on departure. A midweek clean can be arranged for a small supplement. Guests are asked to supply their own towels for the pool and beach.

There are ceiling fans and blackout curtains in all the bedrooms and lounge. Very safe property with lockable gates suitable for all children. Safe and hairdryer provided. Travel cot and highchair available at a small supplement.

Outside
Large tiled patio area with sun beds, which also has a large table and 8 chairs plus a barbecue. There is private off road parking at the villa. The communal pool is only a few steps away and for the sole use of the villas at La Colina.

Coast/Beach
There are a number of beautiful sandy beaches and a marina nearby where a wide range of watersport activities can be found. The beaches are very child friendly.

Golf
The golf course is situated at the 5* hotel Elba Palace only 5 minutes walk from our property.
Golfers will enjoy the 18 hole, par 70 of 6.069 metres from the men's championship tees. Built around palm trees and surrounding lakes the course is basically flat with the exception of the 17th hole. This hole is par 5 it gently climbs to a well protected green and the 18th, a par of 4, is downhill dogleg to the clubhouse. Buggy paths connect all holes.
Golf clubs, electric trolleys and buggies are available to hire.
The practice facilities include an excellent 50 bay driving range at 3€ for 50 balls (2008) it is not expensive, a large putting green and second green for chipping and bunker shots.
The clubhouse includes large pro-shop(tuition available), changing rooms with lockers, a club storage area. Bar, cafeteria and restuarants. There is a outside terrace and garden area. There are also spa and health club facilities that can be enjoyed within the hotel.

Travel
Fuerteventura airport is an 8km 10 minute drive away. Taxis are available directly outside the arrivals terminal. The price is approx 20 euros each way. There are hire cars available at the airport, although once in Caleta a car is not essential as all amenities are close at hand and taxis are inexpensive and readily available. If you do hire a car you will find the roads are very good with minimal traffic on them.

Distances
The nearest town is Caleta de Fuste which is approximately 20 minutes walk. There is a courtesy bus service from the Elba Palace Golf hotel which is the clubhouse for Fuerteventura Golf Course and is a 5 minute walk away from the villa.

Further details
Our management company also provide airport transfers which are payable locally to them, but we can arrange this for you. They also provide baby sitting service and any help and information that you may need during your stay. Welcome packs are also available.

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to confirm the booking. the final balance is due 6 weeks before departure date. A deposit to cover breakages/damage will be payable to your local agent and will be refunded at the end of your stay after the property has been inspected.

You are advised to take out your own holiday insurance suitable to your needs as the owners of the villa take no responsibility for any loss, injury or accidents.
