Notes on prices
Price is for the property per week in UK pounds. Xmas and New Year bookings incur a £175 increase. Please contact owner for dates when a reduction applies. Cancellation charges are as follows: over 6 weeks loss of deposit, 6-4 weeks 50% of full amount, up to 4 weeks 100% of full amount.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible with no fixed times for arrival and departure.

Outside
The terrace has a relaxing area with 2 comfortable chairs, a table and chairs for dining alfresco and 2 sun loungers. Extendable sun canpoies provide shade from the all day sun. Potted plants and a raised garden with plants add lots of colour. The terrace overlooks the heated pool.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful Playa del Duque is 10 minutes walk away. It has imported sand from the Sahara and luxurious sunbeds and is said to be the best beach in the south. Bordered by a promenade lined with upmarket restaurants and 5 star hotels you can continue walking for 20 minutes to reach La Caleta, a fishing village renowned for it's fish restaurants. Playa Fanabe is in the opposite direction with its volcanic sand. It also is bordered by bars and restaurants and has facilities such as jet-skis.
Golf
Coast Adeje golf course is 5 minutes drive away and 4 other courses are within easy reach.
Travel
It is 15 minutes to Tenerife Sur airport via TF1. A taxi rank and bus stop are 5 minutes walk away. A car can be hired at the airport or at a hire company nearby. Excursions to Mount Teide or one of the theme parks can be booked at the hire companies.
Distances
Playa de las America is 5km away with it's lively clubs and bars. Los Cristianos is 7km.
Further details
This is an elite area with upmarket restaurants, 4 and 5 star hotels and a new shopping centre with designer shops blending in with a pharmacy, supermarket and restaurants. There are no nightclubs but a 10 minute taxi ride will take you into Las Americas. Both Playa del Duque and Playa Fanabe are within easy reach and if you're looking for exercise the 'Geranium Walk' takes you to Los Cristianos, stopping at the bars on the way for refreshment.
