If you are looking for a relaxing, peaceful holiday, then our bungalow is for you. It is situated at the base of the hill just outside the main town of Caleta de Fuste, (15 minutes walk away) where there are many shops, restaurants and 2 safe family beaches. It is fitted to a very high standard and is fully equipped to cater for all of your holiday needs. It has a large patio and secluded rear garden, and is situated on a modern complex which offers a shared pool and bathing area.

Notes on prices
A deposit of £50 is payable for each week which secures the booking. The balance of 130 euros per week is payable to our property managers on arrival. A 10% discount is available for bookings of 2 weeks.

The bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan, and built in wardrobes with safe. There are sliding doors leading to the sun terrace and patio which has wonderful views of the sea and marina. If you are awake early, you can watch the sun rise over the sea! |

The fully tiled modern bathroom has a full size bath, shower, bidet and wash basin. Hair dryer. |

Our fully fitted kitchen has a full size oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all cooking utensils, plates and tea towels, in fact everything you need. Ceiling fan. |

This includes, a washing machine, ironing board, iron etc. |

Large lounge with sliding patio doors which open out onto the sun terrace and patio. The comfortable sofa opens out into a sprung double bed. There is a TV with a satellite receiver, DVD/CD and video player. Ceiling fan. |
Cleaning/towels/

The bungalow is cleaned and bedlinen changed at the beginning of your weeks stay. Towels and beach towels are provided, and you are welcome to use our sun chairs etc. |
Notes on accommodation
The bungalow is ideally suited for two couples or 3 single adults. We have recently installed shutters to the main patio doors on the lounge and bedroom - when left slightly open they allow the breeze to circulate through the rooms, which is especially cooling in the summer times. The complex is quiet and well maintained.

Accessibility
The accommodation is mobility friendly. Access to the property is via steps. There is a car parking space available.
Outside
The bungalow has a large fully tiled front patio area which is equipped with table and chairs, parasol, and sun loungers. From the patio there are panoramic views of the sea and surrounding area. There is also a small rear secluded garden, containing a large barbecue. There is a shared communal pool (adult and small pool for children) with sunbathing areas, showers etc, privately owned by the residents.
Coast/Beach
There are two main beaches, very safe for children, within a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the property. Parking is free and easily available at both beaches. The main town has plenty of restaurants and bars which are suitable for all the family. The weather is good all year, with temperatures not falling much below 20 degrees.
Golf
There is an 18 hole championship course within 15 minutes walk from the property. It is a 6124 yard par 70 course, with two large practice greens for putting and chipping together with a 50 bay driving range. There is a pro shop where golf clubs, buggies can be hired.
Travel
The main island airport is only a 10 minute drive. Airport pick up can be arranged or a taxi is available at the airport. Car hire is not essential unless you want to explore the island, or prefer not to walk to the town and beaches. It is advisable to book cars early and prices start from approx £70 per week. There is a good local bus service. There are many airlines flying into the island - Thomas Cook, XL Airways, First Choice, Thompson's, and now Ryan air from Dublin and Liverpool.
Distances
Caleta de Fuste is to the east coast of the island approx 15 minute drive from the main town of Puerto de Rosario, where there is now a new commercial shopping centre, Las Rolandas. Corralejo is approximately a 45 minute drive and Costa Calma, where the stunning surfing beaches hold the windsurfing championships every July. You can also take the ferry to visit Lanzarote and Lobos Island.
Further details
Caleta de Fuste offers something for all the family, with plenty of bars and restaurants. There is a new shopping complex, The Atlantico shopping centre is nearby, open every day with a large supermarket together with many shops, bars, restaurants, amusements cinema and ten pin bowling. There is also a Saturday market where you can buy local souvenirs. If you feel like relaxing, there are many spas offering beauty treatments and massage at reasonable prices.
Booking notes
There is a £50 non returnable deposit per week required to secure the booking. The balance is to be paid to our representative on your arrival at the bungalow, together with a 130 euro damage deposit which is held by our representative and refunded on your departure after inspection.
