The villa has large patio terrace, an 8x4m heated swimming pool and shower area with built-in BBQ and dining area. 10 minute drive to the fantastic beaches in Playa Blanca where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants.

Notes on prices
The prices are based on up to 4 people sharing then it is another £50.00 per additional person thereafter. Children under 5 yrs of age go free. The above costs include pool heating and a welcome pack.
Changeover day
Our preferred changeover day is Thursday which coincides with most UK flights but we can be flexible with this. To be vacated by 10.30am and available at 2pm.

Distances
Playa Blanca is a 10 min drive, where you can find a large variety of wonderful beaches, shops and a great choice of restaurants.
Further details
Las Breñas lies just 4-5km North of Playa Blanca. Puerto del Carmen 20 min drive is the most popular resort on the island and is well equipped with marine activities, including scuba diving, deep sea fishing and wind surfing.
The coastal promenade houses endless bars, restaurants, shops and some discos. The elegant marina of Puerto Calero is just a 15 minute drive away.
Las Breñas little town is approximately 1 minute by car where there is a supermarket, a bar and an incredible restaurant. Playa Blanca now has it's very own marina with restaurants and shops.
