Recently tiled bathroom with walk-in shower, wc, hand basin and vanity unit. Electrical facilities for toothbrush, shaver and hairdryer which is supplied. Washing machine, iron and ironing board. A good supply of hot water from an electric heater. |

Modern newly fitted kitchen, ample granite worktops, electric oven with 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave. Fully equipped with all cooking utensils plus cutlery, crockery and glassware etc. |

In the outside cupboards there is a barbecue and cleaning equipment. |
| Living Rooms: |
Bright, comfortably furnished lounge, dining table/chairs for 4, coffee table and sideboard, CD player with a variety of CDs, bookcase with variety of books which can also be borrowed from the salon in reception. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are supplied. Towels are changed twice per week and linen weekly. There is one full clean per week. Extra blankets are available in the wardrobe. Beach towels are not supplied. |

Outside
Outside in the walled patio/garden there is a sun awning, 2 sun beds, reclining chair, small coffee table, large table with 4 chairs, and parasol. There is also a spare parasol with base. The barbecue is kept in the outside cupboard when not in use. The large shared, heated swimming pool is heated with solar panels supplemented by a motor in the winter. There are parasols and sun beds around the pool. The villas are arranged in small rows of 2 to 4 with beautifully kept mature gardens. The complex is very quiet, perfect for a very relaxing holiday away from all the hurly burly of modern life.
Coast/Beach
The port with ferries to Fuerteventura is directly opposite the complex. 5 minutes walk from the entrance is the promenade, another 5 minutes along the prom brings you to Playa Blanca a sandy beach, a further 10 minutes walk in the same direction takes you to another large sandy beach, Playa Dorada where parasols and sunbeds can be hired, also pedaloes etc. In the opposite direction from the harbour a 15 minute walk brings you to Playa Flamingo beach.
Golf
There is a golf course at the north of the island in Teguise about 40 minutes drive away. Another course is being built at Puerto Del Carmen a little nearer.
Travel
Arrecife airport is 25 minutes away. Hire car is not needed for your immediate needs. Tours to fire mountain etc. can be booked from reception. If you prefer car hire can also be arranged for as many days as you wish including pick up and drop off at the airport.
Distances
The centre of Playa Blanca is less than 10 minutes walk. The beaches at Papgayo are 20 minutes drive away across rough tracks. All of the major places of interests can be reached within an hour by car with many of them within 30 minutes.

Rental prices: 2 people £300 per week. 3 people £330 per week. Deposit £60 per week payable at time of booking Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
