Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible depending on your flights and apartment availability. Apartments will be cleaned and provided with fresh linen and towels upon your arrival. A welcome pack can be provided with the basics such as tea, water, coffee, beer etc.

1 bedroom with twin single beds, 2 wardrobes, chest of drawers, vanity mirror, hairdryer, safe, iron and ironing board. Separate lounge/diner with double metal action sofabed, dining table (seats 4) TV and DVD player with a good selection of DVDs and books. The patio door in the lounge opens onto the balcony which overlooks the pool. The balcony has a table and chairs. Bath/shower room with sink and toilet. Fully fitted kitchen with full size oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans (all new). Full linen and towels are provided, we also have a travel cot suitable for children up to two years old. The apartment is finished to a high standard, it was fully refurbished in late 2007 including a new kitchen and bathroom. We pride ourselves on the standard of our apartment, it is our holiday home and we hope you will enjoy staying here as much as we do. |

Notes on accommodation
Fan and heater provided. Children welcome and cots for young babies available at request. These apartments are managed locally and an emergency contact is provided.
Accessibility
The apartments are a pleasant 10 minute stroll from all of the main facilities. Depending on the route you take, there can be a slight incline. The apartments are accessed via a small staircase of about 20 steps.
Outside
Open communal patio area, pool and sun loungers with garden area around the perimeter. These are well maintained and cleaned regularly. Newly renovated in late 2007 with new tiling and pool shower.
Coast/Beach
Playa Grande Beach and attractions are just a 10 mins walk from the apartments. The 'Old Town' and Port is approx 15 min walk away, 2-3 Euros in a Taxi will get you to and from these places.
Travel
Arrecife airport just 10-15 mins taxi ride away and usually approx 12-15 Euros to the apartments. It is not necessary to hire a car, unless you want to go sight seeing.
Distances
Beach, restaurants and nightlife just 10 mins walk to sea front. 30 mins from Playa Blanca and Tiyamanfaya. Car Hire available with offices near apartments.

Puerto Del Carmen has a large selection of restaurants, pubs, clubs and cafes which cater for many tastes and are all usually good value.
Booking notes
Apartments can be rented individually or together. The cost is from £180 per week per apartment. We require a 50% deposit (non refundable) per apartment when booking and then final settlement of balance within 8 weeks of your travel date. Lets over 4 weeks are available at special rates.
