Prices are for 2 persons per 7 nights, each person above up to 4. is £25 per person per 7 nights.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible depending on your flights and apartment availability. Apartments will be cleaned and provided with fresh linen and towels upon your arrival. A welcome pack can be provided with the basics such as tea, water, coffee, beer etc.
Notes on accommodation
Fan and heater provided. Children welcome and cots for young babies available at request. These apartments are managed locally and an emergency contact is provided.
Accessibility
The apartments are a pleasant 10 minute stroll from all of the main facilities. Depending on the route you take, there can be a slight incline. The apartments are accessed via a small staircase of about 20 steps.
Outside
Open communal patio area, pool and sun loungers with garden area around the perimeter. These are well maintained and cleaned regularly. Newly renovated in late 2007 with new tiling and pool shower.
Coast/Beach
Playa Grande Beach and attractions are just a 10 mins walk from the apartments. The 'Old Town' and Port is approx 15 min walk away, 3-4 Euros in a Taxi will get you to and from these places.Good news ryan air have brought out summer 2012 flights, book early for best bargains flights and apartment.
Travel
Arrecife airport just 10-15 mins taxi ride away and usually approx 12-15 Euros to the apartments. It is not necessary to hire a car, unless you want to go sight seeing.
Distances
Beach, restaurants and nightlife just 10 mins walk to sea front. 30 mins from Playa Blanca and Tiyamanfaya. Car Hire available with offices near apartments.
Further details
Puerto Del Carmen has a large selection of restaurants, pubs, clubs and cafes which cater for many tastes and are all usually good value.
Booking notes
Apartments can be rented individually or together. The cost is from £180 per week per apartment. We require a 50% deposit (non refundable) per apartment when booking and then final settlement of balance within 8 weeks of your travel date. Lets over 4 weeks are available at special rates.
