Villa Camelot is on a quiet development that is perfect for couples and families and provides the privacy and freedom that is not often obtained from the usual busy complexes and is just a short stroll from the Atlantic Ocean. WiFi is now available on request. There are several restaurants, bars and shops close by and a childrens playground within easy walking distance of the villa. Playa Blanca is a beautiful resort that has retained its original charm and sleepy atmosphere. At the southernmost tip of Lanzarote, it was once a small fishing village. It is now a flourishing but tranquil resort with beautiful beaches bordered by a picturesque promenade lined with international restaurants. There is an excellent bus service just a 2 minute walk from the villa with buses every 30 minutes into the centre of Playa Blanca that many guests use especially in the evenings.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. The villa will be ready for you at 2pm on your arrival date. We request that the villa is vacated by 10am on your departure date.

| Bedrooms: | The master bedroom is on the 1st floor and is equipped with a king size bed, dressing area and large wardrobes. Patio doors lead to the large sun terrace with stunning sea and mountain views. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs both with twin beds. |
| Bathrooms: | The en-suite to the master bedroom and the family bathroom both have a bath with shower over, wc, bidet and a large marble topped vanity unit. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped for a family holiday and incudes oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster kettle and breakfast bar. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room has a washing machine, ironing board, iron and clothes airer. |
| Living Rooms: | The comfortable and spacious fully equipped lounge has satallite TV, DVD player and music centre. Patio doors lead to a large South facing terrace. |
| Other: | From the kitchen there is a large alfresco dining area open at one end where you can sit and relax and enjoy a BBQ as the sun goes down. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels (not beach towels) and bed linen are supplied and changed weekly. The villa is cleaned weekly by a management company who maintain the villa to a very high standard. The swimming pool is also professionally cleaned weekly. |

Accessibility
Parking is close to the front door of the villa and the large entrance hall makes the property easily accessible.
Outside
Adjoining the fully fitted kitchen is a covered pergola seating area which provides welcome shade for alfresco dining along with a purpose built BBQ. The large sun terrace is fully equipped with sun loungers, patio table and chairs and your own 8x4m electrically heated swimming pool. The large garden is enclosed by a volcanic rock wall.
Coast/Beach
The Atlantic Ocean is just a few minutes stroll from the villa where you can join the Promenade and watch the wonderful sunsets whilst enjoying a leisurely stroll at the waters edge. The nearest sandy beach is Playa Flamingo which is a five minute drive away and Dorada Beach and the famous Papagayo beaches are just a little further away.
Golf
The nearest Golf course is a 40 minutes drive away.
Travel
Arrecife airport is approx 35km from Playa Blanca. Although there are shops and restaurants within walking distance of the villa we do recommend that you hire a car.

Further details
There is an interesting market every Wednesday and Saturday morning at the Marina which is well worth a visit. The unspoilt tiny village of El Golfo is just a short drive away where there are excellent fish Restaurants lining the shore. Highly recommended. Some other places of interest are: Jameos del Agua. Mirador del Rio. This unique lookout point is located in the north of the Island and is 479m above sea level. El Grifo Wine Museum. The Cactus Gardens which is one of Cesar Manrique's last works. The Cesar Manrique Foundation where you can see for yourself some of the Islands culture.
