Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Infants up to 2 years old are free. A £200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to your departure. On receipt of your deposit your booking will be confirmed. On arrival at the villa a fully refundable breakage deposit of £150/200€ in cash is required and this is returned to you after a satisfactory property inspection on the day of your departure.

Changeover day
We are flexible on the changeover day. Please contact us and we will be more than happy to help. We will always try to help guests arrive and depart to suit their flight times, however, if this is not possible 3pm arrival and 10am departure is adopted.

Notes on accommodation
We respectfully point out that our villa is a non smoking property. Cots, highchairs etc. can all be hired at competitive rates from our management company. Please note, if you require the pool to be heated there is an additional charge of £50 per week, payable in advance. In the unlikely event of damage/breakage's guests will be liable to the full replacement cost of the damaged or missing item/s. We do not take responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by guests while staying at the villa and kindly ask you to take out suitable insurance before travelling.

Outside
The villa is in a delightful south facing position and attached to our private large heated swimming pool is a children's pool with a beautiful cascading waterfall. An outdoor shower and six quality sun-loungers compliment the excellent overall standard of the villa and its outdoor living space. Shading is provided to the area over the external dining table and high back reclining chairs, allowing superb comfortable and enjoyable outdoor meal times utilising the Canarian style BBQ when the mood takes you. The upper terrace is mainly geared for sun worshippers with its own set of six sun-loungers and drink tables. There is a 2nd set of table and chairs around the pool area to allow varied and personal choice of where to sit, dine, read, relax, talk, drink its your holiday you decide.....

Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are 200m from the edge of the golf course. Here you will find the lovely man-made lagoon beaches with fine golden sand and safe swimming areas. There is also an island bar and restaurant, this is on stilts with access gained via a walkway between the lagoon beaches. A coast path links to the beaches of Costa Caleta with its beautiful fine sandy beaches and marina offering water sports, scuba-diving, snorkelling, jet skiing, touch pools, boat trips and even a submarine.

Golf
Fuerteventura Golf Resort at over 1500sqm is the largest green area on the island with the 5 Star Hotel Elba Palace Golf doubling as the superb location for the Club House. Home to the 'Spanish Open 2004' the Golf course designed by Juan Catarineu offers superb views over the Atlantic Ocean with 3 Lakes, Palm Trees and many other natural hazards, at 6069mts and a Par 70 gently sloping course, it makes for a course for all levels of playing ability. Complete with 40 Bay driving range, a putting green of over 800sqm, bunker and chip shot practice areas, sauna, gymnasium, paddle court, swimming pool, buggy hire, electric trolley hire, club hire and selection of 5 star bars and restaurants the multilingual staff will make your visit both enjoyable and that little bit extra special.

Travel
A free coach service is available daily transferring between the Golf Club, Atlantico Commercial Centre and the town of Caleta de Fuste. This runs approx every hour right up to around 10pm. The airport is 8km, approx 15 mins transfer from the villa and means car hire is not essential as there is always an efficient and reasonably priced, taxi line right outside the arrival hall. You may still wish to hire a car for some or all of your stay of course to explore the rest of this beautiful Island.

Further details
Fuerteventura is world famous for its huge variety of water sports such as kite boarding, wind surfing, scuba-diving, snorkelling and fishing. On the island you can also participate in camel rides, horse riding and buggy rides and marvel at the spectacular scenery and diverse landscape. The island is also famous for its 265km of golden sandy beaches and the unspoilt tranquillity cannot be equalled by any of the other Canary Islands. It is the longest and second largest of the islands but still remains sparsely populated without massive over development. To the south there is La Lajita oasis zoo and botanical gardens and the endless beaches of Costa Calma and Jandia and to the north the world famous sand dunes of Corralejo along with Baku water park. The golf resort is located on the east coast in the middle of the island 8km south of the airport and is an ideal base to explore all that the island has to offer. Caleta de Fuste has a wide variety of high quality shops, restaurants, bars, and family activities giving you the chance to enjoy your time on the island whilst suiting all budgets and tastes. Every Saturday morning there is an African market on the main street selling a variety of African souvenirs and trinkets rich in African culture. Opposite the entrance to the golf resort is the Altlantico commercial centre which has a wide choice of services such as bars, restaurants, quality shops, a cinema showing some English speaking films, a large Eurospar supermarket, arcade games, internet machines, solbank, 2 cash points and a number of 4 star hotels, some with spa facilities available to non-residents.

Booking notes
Following your verbal enquiry a provisional booking will be held and we will send you a booking form, you will then have 7 days in which to return this with your deposit of £200 to secure the booking, thereby allowing sufficient time for you to book your flights, etc. We will then send you a final booking sheet with a receipt for your deposit and this will include the date and amount of your final payment.
