Cleaning/towels/

Cotton bed linen and towels are provided per person changed weekly. Beach or pool towels not supplied. Property cleaned prior to arrival. Linen changed weekly, if a midterm clean is required this is an additional cost. |
Notes on accommodation
All guests are supplied with a complimentary welcome pack. Very spacious townhouse furnished to high standard. Fantastic location suitable for families/couples. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Key safe and room safe. No smoking requested in the property or pets. Evidence of either will be considered as a breach of contract & the breakage deposit forefitted.

Accessibility
The complex is wheelchair friendly with ramps to the pools. The townhouse ground floor is wheelchair accessible, with the ground floor bedroom suitable for wheelchair user.
Outside
This amazing Arabic styled complex has 4 pools, 2 shallow for children plus 2 adult pools. Poolside showers with beautiful tended gardens.
Coast/Beach
The townhouse is within 10 mins walking distance to the flagged beaches with numerous water sports.
Golf
There is a golf course about 30 mins away at Caleta De Fuste.
Travel
30 mins from Puerto de Rosario airport. Taxis available from airport approx 30-40 euros. Car hire is not essential as within walking distance to most things.
Distances
Corralejo town is a 20 mins stroll. Local restaurants, bars and shops 2 mins outside complex.
Further details
There are plenty of taxis available at all times. Journeys to/from town are approx 3 euros. Market every Monday and Friday morning, 5 mins walk.
Booking notes
25% deposit on booking (non-refundable) booking confirmed on receipt. Balance due 8 weeks prior to visit. Also £200/265 euros breakage deposit to be paid along with balance. This is fully refundable and will be returned on post visit inventory check if there is no damage or missing inventory. Bookings can be made. We can also accept credit cards.
