| Bedrooms: | 1 bedroom with twin beds, large wardrobe with shelving and built-in safe. 2 portable fans are in the apartment for your comfort. The bedroom window is fitted with a mosquito net. The large sofa is easily converted into a very comfortable double bed. |
| Bathrooms: | Recently tiled bathroom complete with storage facility, toilet, bidet, hand basin, bath/shower and hairdryer. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is well equipped with a new oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete range of utensils. An iron and ironing board are also available. The breakfast bar comfortably seats 4. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room consists of a double corner sofa. lounge chair and tables. For your enjoyment there is a satellite TV system,with mostly English speaking channels, DVD player, video recorder, CD/radio and a wide selection of books/CDs for your pleasure. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels are changed twice weekly and bed linen once per week. There is also a new washing machine at the complex for guests use while on holiday for a small fee. |

Ground floor accommodation with terrace giving direct access to pool area.
Outside
The apartment terrace with table and 4 chairs leads directly to pool area. There is an outside shower and sun loungers for guest use. Outside this secure gated complex is ample off road parking for guests vehicles.
Golf
There is a good course in Costa Teguise which is about a 15 mins drive.
Travel
Arrecife airport is only a 10 minute taxi ride away.
Car hire is not required but there are many firms situated at the airport and close to our apartment in Puerto del Carmen.
Distances
Bakery and supermarket is a 3 min walk.
Seafront is an 8 min walk.
Puerto del Carmen old town is a 15 min walk.
Airport is a 12 min drive.
Weekly Sunday market is a 30 min bus ride.
Numerous other top quality tourist attractions dotted around this 60 km long island.

Hi,
This is Angus and Gillian Fleming and we are a couple with young children who love travelling and visiting interesting places whenever we can.
At home we have a busy family life and look forward to visiting our holiday home as often as possible.
We feel we have found a special place and trust you will feel the same after staying in our property.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We decided to buy in Puerto del Carmen following a family holiday in 2003.
We feel the apt has a lot to offer both in the quality of accommodation and in its location. It is situated in a quiet street but only a short walk to all the amenities you would expect of a sun-shine holiday location.
We love Lanzarote and try to visit as often as possible, during which times we strive to purchase new furniture and improve the general layout of the apt so as to make it as user friendly and to offer you, the guest a high standard of accommodation.
Unique benefits of the property
I thoroughly recommend this property as an excellent location from where to either have a quiet relaxing holiday or as a base for exploring what this unique island has to offer.
The complex is also child friendly and as we have young children ourselves it has stood the test!
Karen who manages our apt and who also lives on the complex will ensure that you have everything you need for a memorable and relaxing holiday.
