The villa stands within a large open plot. There is outside garden furniture and sunbeds. It also benefits from fantastic sea views of El Cotillo and its amazing sunsets.

The fabulous local beaches are a 5 minute drive and are some of the finest on the island with quite lagoon areas as well as the world renowned surf beach.

The airport is a 40 mins drive away.

The idyllic village of El Cotillo is approx 1km away from the villa and has a superb range of bars and restaurants.
