Beautifully furnished bungalow in residential area of Costa Antigua. Situated in a quite village 1 mile north of Costa Caleta, Fuerteventura. Our holiday bungalow is home from home, situated on a quiet site, surround by lovely mature gardens and a 2 minute walk from the pool. The accommodation includes 1 bedroom. The house is fully equipped including Sat TV, Wi-Fi access. The complex is secure as you have to pass through a security reception to enter the complex. Pubs, restaurants, supermarkets etc are in the immediate vicinity. 2 golf courses are within a 5 min drive, one of which is a championship course, home to the 2004 Spanish open. There is a beautiful coastal path for walking/cycling to Caleta where you can stop and feed the friendly chipmunks, or try fishing. Caleta offers many types of restaurants, bars and entertainment. There are water sport activities available as well as boat/fishing trips.

Changeover day
We are flexible on the changeover day however if we have another guest arriving on the same day we ask that you vacate the property by 11am.

Living Rooms: Leather sofa, TV, DVD/video player, music player. (Selection of DVDs and videos). Air conditioning.

Towels are included, even beach towels to save weight on the plane, also gives you that little bit more space for duty free on way home. We will change all towels and sheets every week, cleaning weekly.

Notes on accommodation
We can provide a welcome food pack and drinks for a small charge should you require it. Meet and greet at airport and airport drop off is available.

Golf
Championship course with a 5 minute drive. New course within 8 minutes.

Travel
The property is located just 10 minutes drive from the airport. Taxis are easy to find and cheap to use, house to Caleta 3 euros. Buses are frequent and also cheap to use, and there is a free bus to the local shopping mall. However I would recommend you hire a car to appreciate how beautiful this island really is. Contact owner for suggested airlines that fly UK - Fuerteventura.

Distances
The nearest main town is Caleta De Fuste which is a 20 minute stroll away or 3 euros in a taxi. The capital, Puerto Del Rosario is 15 minutes away by car. Half an hour by car to the famous sand dunes and the busy resort of Corralejo where you can catch a ferry to Lanzarote for a day trip.

Further details
We live 2 mins from the complex and are available if you want any help or local information. There is an African Market on Saturday morning and is always full of vibrant characters and a true chance to show off your bartering skills. If you choose not to hire a car, then excursions can be organised from town and there are several on offer, including trips to the endless beaches in the South, the dunes in the North, La Lajita Zoo and Botanical Garden, camel rides, water park, catamaran and deep sea fishing boat trips.

Booking notes
Please contact either Barry or Debbie to make a reservation. We will ‘hold’ the property for you free of charge for 2 days while you make flight enquiries. We request a 50% deposit upon booking and the remaining 50% is payable 8 weeks before departure. We also require a breakages deposit of £100 payable with the final balance which will be refunded following satisfactory inspection. Even if the dates you reuire are booked on this one please contact us we could still help with another bungalow.
