This is a child friendly complex with on site reception open daily with friendly staff. It has on site laundry room .

The complex has disabled access - but the ramps are a little steep.

Garden area with patio to front of the apartment and with outdoor furniture, shared heated pool within 25 yards of property.
Coast/Beach
Excellent location for sandy beaches, Playa Grande, 5 mins
and the lovely Matagorda beach 15 mins walk away, with the old town and harbour 10 mins walk.
Golf
the new puerto del carmen 18 hole golf course is now up and running this is on the tias road less than 5 mins away
Travel
Arrecife Airport 10 mins by taxi.
