A brand new luxury apartment in a Moorish style building overlooking the village of El Cotillo. The apartment has intercom system, is airy and spacious and furnished to a high standard for your comfort. From the sun terrace you have views across the village towards the sea with the lighthouse to the right. An ideal location to watch the magnificent sunset.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. The apartment is normally ready for clients from 3.00pm and ask that the apartment be vacated by 12.00 noon on there departure day, but will accommodate early arrivals and late departures wherever possible.

Bathrooms: A spacious fully tiled bathroom with full size bath and
shower, toilet, bidet, large wash basin with lighting and shaver point.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with:-
Oven/hob with light & extractor, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee percolator, full dinner service and glasses.
Living Rooms: Large open plan lounge/diner. Dining table for 6. 2 large comfortable sofas. Occasional tables/lamps. TV/DVD/stereo/CD.
Other: Spacious entrance hall with large mirror over pine chest,pictures and ceiling light.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen provided for all occupants changed on a weekly basis.

Outside
From the lounge there is a good sized balcony ideal for eating 'al fresco'. From here there is access to a huge sun terrace with plants, full compliment of furniture ie. sun loungers, table/parasol and chairs. There is also a shower for 'cooling off'.

Coast/Beach
There are various beaches close by to suit all tastes.

The nearest beach (Playa los Lagos) is a 5 minute walk away, with the lagoons a bit further along, and a great favourite with everyone. Beautiful white sand and safe
for swimming.

Playa del Castillo is a few minutes drive where you will find large unspoilt beaches where the waves can be quite strong but exhilirating.

Please note naturism is widely accepted on most beaches.

Golf
The golf course is approx 30 minutes by car.

Special interest holidays
El Cotillo is famous for its wonderful uncrowded beaches, and the coastline make it ideal for fishing. You can hire bikes, surf boards etc from the local shop. The surrounding area and open space make it ideal for taking long leisurely walks.

Travel
Fuerteventura airport is approximately 35 minutes from El Cotillo by car or taxi (we can arrange transport from airport paid locally). You will be met by our friendly rep
who will show you around the apartment and be pleased to direct you to the best restaurants, beaches etc that are all within walking distance.

Distances
There are various villages within easy reach. The town of
Corralejo is approximately 20 minutes drive and has various bars, restaurants and shops for all tastes including nightlife. Other places of interest include an art centre in La Oliva, Bentancuria (the old capital).
A 20 minute ferry ride will take you to the island of Los Lobos from Corralejo.

Further details
El Cotillo has all the charm of a sleepy coastal village with the added bonus of some lovely restaurants and traditional local bars for you to seek out. The fish is still caught locally and brought into the old harbour, and sold on to local restaurants mainly around the new harbour.

The village has a couple of small local supermarkets with a few village shops including a bakery. There is no bank in El Cotillo the nearest being in La Oliva.

We require £50 deposit per week with balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure.
