The building has a new pristine feel with marble staircase, security front door with intercom, lift service, underground parking and is located in a very quiet, residential area of the beautiful Canarian fishing village of Los Abrigos. Both are situated on the 1st floor and adjacent to each other. The lounge, dining and kitchen areas have a bright airy feel with breathtaking views. Both have 2 large bedrooms and American styled, fully equipped kitchens. The south facing balconies have sufficient room for sunbathing and alfresco dining. So relax, put your feet up and enjoy!

Notes on prices
Prices are for the apartment per week and up to 4 people staying.
A deposit will be required for every booking and the balance payable in euros on arrival in cash.
Pay-Pal Available for the deposit if required just ask when booking. Credit Cards also accepted through Pay-Pal.
We only accept bookings for two weeks over the Christmas and New Year period. Please add £100 per week for the Christmas booking.
Cancellation policy: The booking deposit is non-refundable.
Changeover day
We are completely flexible. We will normally try to accommodate your arrival time the same time as your flight time, but departure must be at 10am unless other wise agreed.

The entrance to this apartment opens into a spacious, open plan lounge and dining room. 2 settees and can seat 6 comfortably, a medium dining table with 2 matching chairs and a separate office desk area. The American styled kitchen is fully equipped with granite worktops, adjoining breakfast bar and stools, large fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and juicer. The utility room has a washer/dryer, large boiler for ample hot water. Iron and ironing board. The master bedroom has a super king-size bed (6ft wide), good wardrobe space and separate draw units. The en-suite bathroom has a corner bath, walk-in shower, twin vanity sinks, wc and bidet. The second bedroom has a king size bed, ample wardrobe space and a separate wash room with wc. The balcony has 2 cushioned sun loungers, dining table and 2 chairs. Also provided - hair-dryer, large portable fan, modern safe for personal items and the Owners golf clubs with trolley. Accessibility
The main entrance to this building is wide and has a ramp. There is a lift service to all floors and is suitable for wheelchair access. The apartments are open plan and the hallways wide.

Coast/Beach
The coast is only 10 metres from the apartment. Nearest beach is 500 metres. Nearest 'blue flag' beach is in El Medano, 5km and very suitable for families. The stretch of coast along from El Medano is also a haven for wind surfing and kite enthusiasts. Championships are held here.
Golf
The wonderful Tenerife climate ensures that you can play and improve your golf virtually every day of the year and at any level. The nearest course is in Golf del Sur and boast PGA reputation, opened in 1987 with 27 holes and is less than 2km away. There are several golf courses in the south of the Island and only a few minutes drive away. Such as Golf Del Sur, Amarilla Golf, Centro De Golf Los Palos, Golf Las Americas, Golf Costa Adeje, Abama Golf.

Guest comments
The apartment was lovely, we felt very sad waking up this morning with just a view of the garden rather than an expanse of sea!
We had everything we needed and more, all mod cons, clean towels, and a welcome pack from Eric and Joy. Even though we both had stinking colds (typical!), we thoroughly relaxed and wished we could have stayed longer. Eric and Joy were great, we felt welcomed by them and that they were nearby if we needed them, and Eric giving us a lift to the airport was incredibly kind and helpful.
I would recommend the apartment and Los Abrigos to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday with incredible views - infact I suspect you may have my parents booking up with you for the later end of the year as I have already told them they would love it! We will certainly back - hopefully the same time next year for Geoff's birthday. Best wishes and thank you again. Sara & Geoff
