The villa is light and airy and has stunning sea and mountain views from four terraces. It has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. There is a good size kitchen with granite work surfaces, a large separate lounge with dining table, three attractive bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms. There is a lovely shared pool with separate children's pool and sunbathing terraces. There is also an indoor spa with jacuzzi and sauna for the use of guests. The development is gated with remote controlled access to ensure complete privacy for guests. It is close to town and the beach (10 mins walk). The nearest restaurant is about 5 minutes walk as is the nearest bar. There is everything here you need for a relaxing and fun filled holiday. The villa is a 10 minute walk from the main beach at Caleta De Fuste. Airport is 7 km away.

Notes on accommodation
There is a spa on-site for resident's use only, comprising of sauna and jacuzzi. There is both a large pool and children's pool. Cot and high chair hire available.
Please note that planes do fly over the resort of Caleta de Fuste on their way to the airport and can be heard from the villa at times - they should not spoil your stay.
Outside
The living room and kitchen each has its own patio. There is a main patio and secondary patio on the first floor. There is outdoor furniture for upstairs and downstairs.
Coast/Beach
The villa is a 10 minute walk from the main beach at Caleta De Fuste. A land train leaves every 30 minutes from outside the villa, taking passengers through town to the harbour and beach.
Golf
Golfers have two golf courses to choose from, both just a short 5 minute drive from the villa. The prestigious Fuerteventura Golf Course hosted the Spanish Open in 2004.
Travel
Fuerteventura airport is 7 km away. Car hire is recommended in order to sample the wonderful sights and beaches that Fuerteventura has to offer.
Further details
The Montecastillo Centre is 5 minutes walk away, with two supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants. The Zanzibar bar and restaurant and Chez Moi restaurant are 5 minutes walk away.
Booking notes
A 25% holding deposit is required to reserve the villa, with the remaining letting fee payable 6 weeks before your holiday. Prices include cleaning before you arrive and after you leave. Mid-stay clean and linen change is recommended for stays of more than 1 week. Cot and high chair hire available. A breakages deposit of £100 is taken for all bookings. This is returned to you after your stay.

We live in South East London, with our two cats Taz and Bailey. Linda is the head teacher of a large primary school, and Steve is a freelance marketing consultant. This flexibility, plus the school holidays, allows us to visit our properties regularly and make sure that they remain in excellent condition. We treat our properties like our own home - so you can guarantee that everything is working properly, is well maintained and very clean.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Arriving on holiday in Fuerteventura in 2005 - we immediately fell in love with the island's dramatic scenery and superb beaches which we believe are the best in Europe. Caleta De Fuste is only 7km from the airport, meaning that your holiday starts 45 minutes after touching down. Its location in the centre of the island means that you can easily travel North to the dunes of Corraleco or the dramatic beaches of El Cortillo. Travelling south, you are within easy reach of the fantastic beaches of Jandia.

What really sets Marina Golf apart from other properties is that it has its own spa - including fully fitted gym, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, showers and changing room. Whilst it is only a ten minute walk to the center of the resort of Caleta De Fuste, its situation offers dramatic sea views from the main balcony. There is even a motorised train that stops close by to Marina Golf - taking you all the way to the harbour at Caleta De Fuste.
