The Clubhouse is located in the 5* Elba Palace Hotel where a 50 Bay driving range and practice area awaits. The swimming pool is heated. There is a luxury 6 seat Spa for those evenings under the stars. The outside terrace area is ideal for sunbathing and dining al fresco. The poolside "Bali House" is a relaxing oasis surrounded by native plants - the ideal chill out zone. The Commercial Centre is a 10 min walk away where can be found shops, bars, restaurants, bank, cinema, bowling alley and kids play zone. The beautiful lagoon beaches are very safe for children while the more adventurous can enjoy all types of water sports in the Caleta area which is a short walk along the coast. The nearby resort of Caleta de Fuste has an abundance of shops and bars as well as some of the best restaurants on the island.

Prepare yourself for a luxury holiday at an affordable price. Villa Innisfree is superbly appointed overlooking the 3rd tee box of Fuerteventura golf course. High standard of furnishing and accommodation. We expect that once experienced, you will want to return again and again to Fuerteventura and Villa Innisfree. There are superb views across the Golf course from the terrace areas. Native plants surround the house. The 8x4m heated pool and the luxury 6 seat Spa make Villa Innisfree an oasis from the stress and pace of modern living. Fully air conditioned all year round(included in rental) The interior of the villa is non-smoking. Roof terrace is accessed by outside stairway which has a gate fitted at the bottom step to deter children from unsupervised access to roof terrace. The poolside 'Bali House' is a beautiful tranquil area for relaxing. The airport is a short taxi ride away and a hire car, while not essential, will give the added bonus of ability to explore the island.

Accessibility
As the villa is on one level it is very suitable for wheelchairs or for those with mobility problems. There are no internal steps in the villa while a wheelchair ramp has been added to the front entrance to make access easier.

Outside
Outside garden area with native plants. Seating for up to 8 persons and sun beds for 6 persons. Roof terrace with outstanding views over the golf course, mountains and sea. Table and seating for 6 persons on roof terrace. Beach towels are provide free of charge. BBQ located near sun terrace for those relaxing evenings in. The private heated swimming pool is 8m x 4m and is 1.5 meters deep at all points. The luxury 6 seat Spa (Hot Tub) is the place to spend the evenings under the stars. There is a solar shower located near the pool. The wooden fencing around the terrace area ensures privacy and gates have been placed at each side of the villa as well as on the stair leading to the roof terrace to ensure safety for children. The sun terrace is fully equipped with 4 sunbeds while 2 further relaxing sunbeds are located in the bali house. Native plants and flowers have been planted around the house to give that chill out effect. All this tastefully lighted at night time.

Coast/Beach
The villa is just a 10 min walk to the Commercial Centre and beach. The beach is safe for children and sunbeds are available for hire at the beach. Water sports including skiing, surfing, windsailing and a PADI approved Diving School are available from the nearby Caleta harbour.

Golf
Located on the Fuerteventura Golf 18 hole championship course which housed the 2004 Spanish Open. The 18 hole Las Salinas Golf course is adjacent to the villa. The new 18 hole course at Las Playitas is 30 minutes drive away and Jandia Golf course is situated in the south of the island 60kms from the villa. The Clubhouse of Fuerteventura Golf Course is located in the nearby Elba Palace Hotel. There is a 50 bay driving range and practice area to warm up prior to a tough test of golf. Fuerteventura Golf Course is a par 70 at 6069 meters. 12 par fours, four par threes and two par fives and is a great test of golf especially in the wind.

Travel
8 Klms from Fuerteventura Airport. Car hire not essential but recommended. A taxi service operates from the airport and should cost around 15 euro to the villa. A hire car gives added flexibility in exploring the island. Private off street parking is available at the Villa.

Further details
The Commercial Centre has lots of shops and restaurants, as well as a bank, cinema (1 film in English) and ten pin bowling. There is also a small amusement area for the children. The modern resort of Caleta de Fuste has some great restaurants, bars and shops where the holiday atmosphere can be fully experienced. The shopping centre of Los Rotundas in Pte del Rosario is just a short drive/bus/taxi ride away for some retail therapy.
