Changeover day
Arrival and departure times are flexible, as this is dependant upon whether we have new clients arriving or leaving. The on site property management/cleaning company will advise you about arrangements upon arrival.

Notes on accommodation
The complex is ideally suited to families, being relatively small, and quiet, but within easy reach of all local amenities. There is a lifeguard on duty daily, and a security person at night. All the staff are helpful and friendly, and will endeavour to help you with any aspect of your holiday.

Accessibility
Due to outside stairs, this is not suitable for persons with mobility problems.
Outside
The apartment has a good sized terrace with table and chairs, looking onto the shared swimming pool area, with separate children's pool. There is a lifeguard on duty every day, and sunbeds and parasols are readily available.
Coast/Beach
It is approximately 15 mins walk to the beach.
Golf
The nearest local golf course is approximately 15 minutes drive, being the Golf del Sur resort, probably the best golf facilities on the island.
Travel
The airport is approximately 15 minutes drive from the complex, and the main bus station is about 10 minutes walk. There is also a ferry service from Los Cristianos harbour to the beautiful island of La Gomera.
Distances
The apartment is located within 15 minutes walk of Los Cristianos centre. Playa de Las Americas is a 15 minute bus journey away. All excursions can be booked on the complex, as well as car hire.
Further details
There are a great range of bars and restaurants located beside the complex, restaurants particularly offering a wide range of international cuisine. A large supermarket and banks are located nearby.
Booking notes
Directly with the owner, a deposit of £50 is usually required upon booking, with the balance to be paid shortly before departure.
