Villa Ventura, a beautiful, architect designed, 2 storey villa is furnished to a very high standard. It is modern and exceptionally bright and spacious. A fabulous open plan living area extends over most of the lower level and has huge patio doors looking out to the beautiful garden. It encompasses extensive, stylish, comfortable seating, a large dining table and a well-equipped modern kitchen. There is access to a laundry area and a guest toilet on this floor. Upstairs there are four attractive bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. Two have double beds, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the terrace (with views to the sea and the island of Feurtventua). Two twin bedrooms each have an en-suite shower room. For extra comfort all the beds have mosquito netting and each bedroom has a freestanding fan. The owners of the villa have provided towels for use around the swimming pool. For bigger parties the owners can offer other 4 bed villas on the same street.

Accessibility
As Villa Ventura is a larger villa over two floors accessibility should be considered when booking.
Outside
A covered terrace runs along the upper floor of the villa and overlooks the superb 10x4 metre swimming pool as well as offering sea views across to the island of Feurtventura. The pool is electrically heated, accessed by roman steps and has a poolside shower. Several patio doors lead from the living room to a partially covered, enclosed and totally private terrace with a lockable gate leading to the swimming pool for the protection of small children. The terrace has has generous patio dining furniture, a cactus garden and romantic lighting in the evenings. A few steps lead up to the extensive, sheltered sun bathing terrace which surrounds the swimming pool and is edged with colourful indigenous plants. A large built in Canarian barbeque completes the picture for wonderful long hours of al fresco living in this glorious warm and sunny climate.
Coast/Beach
5 mins walk to the nearest (and most beautiful) Playa Flamingo beach. Here you will find a most picturesque sandy beach ideally situated for children and adults alike to enjoy completely safe bathing, it boasts its own lifeguard station. Available for hire are sunbeds and parasols for your complete comfort. Restaurants and shops are immediately accessible.
Travel
40 minutes drive from Arrecife Airport. Use of a car is not essential for Villa Ventura.
Distances
5 Min's walk to Playa Flamingo Beach (with shops, restaurants etc). 15 Min's walk to Playa Blanca Old Town (shopping, restaurants bars etc). 45 mins walk or 5 min drive to Marina Rubicon (marina with few shops and restaurants and a twice weelky crafts market).
Further details
The villa is located in Playa Blanca within a five minute walk of the beautiful, sheltered and sandy Playa Flamingo beach. It slopes gently out to sea and is ideal for young children. It is only a five minute walk to the beautiful Timanfaya Hotel which is a beautiful setting for enjoying a drink or a meal. The Natura Palace hotel is also only a five minute walk away where guests can enjoy the fabulous Thalasso spa. Playa Blanca centre is approximately a fifteen minute walk or two minute drive from the villa and the nearest beach. In recent years Playa Blanca has grown from a traditional Canarian fishing village into a fashionable tourist resort and has retained a great deal of its original character. A pretty promenade runs along the seafront and is lined with bars, restaurants and shops. The amazing Papagayo beaches are only a 10 minute drive away and are famous throughout Spain for their unspoilt location, golden sands and aquamarine, clear waters. The unspoilt Canarian villages of Las Brenas, El Golfo and Femes are only a short drive away, as is the volcanic national park of Timanfya. The pretty harbour of Playa Blanca is the departure point for many excursions including trips to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. A water taxi is also available to take people to Papagayo beaches. The recently opened, Puerto Rubicon Marina is a ten minute drive from the villa and is the location of many exclusive boutiques, bars and restaurants. Several excursions, including a catamaran trip depart from the Marina. Playa Blanca is approximately a 40 minute transfer from the airport.

The villa is fantastic, really really comfortable, well equipped and spacious, we never felt like we were on top of each other at any point and the baby loved it.
