Accessibility
There are steps leading to the entrance of the property and steps down to the pool area and patio. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for wheelchair access.

There is a small gated front garden with palms/lower rear sizeable patio area with the pool. Side pergola covered patio area. Sun roof terrace.
Coast/Beach
It's approximately 10 mins walk to the nearest beach and about 5 mins drive away from the the fantastic sand dunes and the famous sandy beaches, and the main kite surfing beach.
Golf
The Fuerteventura Golf Club course is in the resort of Caleta de Fuste.
Travel
The airport is approximately 40 minutes from Corralejo by car or taxi. Prices for taxi transfer range from 35 to 50 Euros. A car is not essential because the villa is located close to all local amenities, but would be required for exploring the Island. You can travel to the Island of Lanzarote from the harbour, which only takes approx 20 mins and costs approximately 60 Euros for 2 people with a car.
Distances
The new commercial shopping centre is literally 1 to 2 minutes away (over the road), which has an abundance of shops and a supermarket for all your grocery needs, plus a cafe/bar. There is a taxi rank to the side of the shopping centre and 2 cashpoint machines approx 200m from the villa. The old town and harbour is approx 20 mins walk away and offer fantastic waterside bars and restaurants.

Corralejo offers a wide variety of both interesting and exciting tours and excursions - deep sea fishing, game fishing, kite buggy/surfing, windsurfing, boogie boarding, snorkeling, dolphin safari, scuba diving, Jeep safari, quad biking, trike and quad tours, island tours and loads more. The Baku Water Park is just a 10 minute walk away. As well as being a Water Park, the Baku Village has Ten Pin Bowling, Crazy Golf, a Driving Range, Restaurants and Shops. The rides and facilities in this Water Park are very modern (the park opened at the end of 2004). Animal Experience is part of the Baku Theme Park and is located beside the Water Park in Corralejo. Highlights include a Shark and Stingray in the Aquarium, Sea lions and the Santa Ana Pirate Galleon – where you can experience being shipwrecked!
Booking notes
Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of £100 deposit and the completed booking form. If the booking is within 8 weeks of the holiday commencement date, the full rental and security payment is required on booking. £100 refundable security payment for all bookings is required with the balance of the rental. The security payment will be returned after satisfactory inspection. Damages either accidental or deliberate will be charged for.
