This modern villa is probably one of the best holiday rentals around, you have everything on your doorstep! On the ground floor there is a shower room, lounge/diner and separate kitchen and wash room. The patio doors lead out to a good sized garden and private swimming pool, a must have for the small and big kids alike. On the upper floor there is a large family bathroom with double sink, bath and shower and 2 double bedrooms, 1 with a small balcony. If you are coming away on holiday to be near it all yet far enough away from the busy bars and restaurants this is definitely the place to stay for a relaxing and tranquil holiday.

Accessibility
The property is on flat ground, 5 minutes to all beaches, shops etc.
Outside
There is a great sized garden ideal for BBQs, there is also a good sized private swimming pool, patio table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
5 minute walk to local beaches, ideal for children to play.
A 5 minute drive away is the famous and blue flag award winning beach known to many as Flag Beach and our famous sand dunes.
Only 15 minutes drive away is El Cotillo where you have the bustling surfers' beach or the tranquil lagoons for those lazy days in the sun.
Golf
The nearest golf course is situated in Caleta de Fuste which is a 40 minute drive from Corralejo.
Special interest holidays
If water sports is of interest you have it all just a 5 minute drive away, you can enjoy, windsurfing, surfing, kite surfing, jet skis, banana boats, or sail the day away on a boat trip, or even a simple swim in the sea!
Travel
The airport is situated 30 minute drive away, it is not essential to have a car once you are in resort, and you can get a taxi from the airport for approx 35 euros.
