The accommodation is on 3 floors. Marble floored hall leading to spacious living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Marble staircase leads up to master bedroom with its own bathroom and access to a private roof terrace with spectacular views over Lanzarote and Lobos island. Marble staircase leads down from the hall 3rd bedroom, bathroom, 2nd living room (with sofa bed). Garage access. The accommodation layout lends itself to a large family or 2 families sharing.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom has a double bed, large fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps. Own private roof terrace for those early morning breakfast moments.
Bedroom 2 and 3 both have 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside table.
Bathrooms: 3 bathrooms. All with bath / shower, wc, bidet, sink with overhead mirrors. One on each floor.
Kitchen: Fully fitted / open plan with lounge. Superbly fitted out will all modern appliances including dishwasher. Electric ceramic hob with extractor, oven. Plenty of china/crockery and glassware. Dining area with table seating 6 persons.
Utility Room: Washing machine. Drying and Ironing facilities. Additional fridge in garage.
Living Rooms: 2 living rooms. One on first floor with sofas, coffee table, satellite TV, DVD and stereo CD/radio Door leading out into the garden area. Family room has 2 sofa beds, Satellite TV and XBox games system. 2nd living room doubles as 4th bedroom.

Linen and towels are provided and are laundered once per week. Beach towels not provided - please bring your own!

Outside
Several patio areas located around the house and terrace leading off from the top floor at the top of the stairs. This top terrace boasts fantastic views of Corralejo and panoramic views across to Lobos Island and Lanzarotte. The back garden is part tiled part 'grass' with large private kidney shaped pool. Another patio area is located to the side of the front door. Enabling the guests to enjoy the sun at all times of the day or enjoy separate areas of tranquility.

Coast/Beach
Situated approx 1km from the sand dunes and 12km from El Cotillo lagoons and surf beaches. It is possible to stay at Villa Blanca without a car as there is frequent bus service to El Cotillo and Puerto del Rosario. However a car is recommended in order to explore some of the more unusual and remote beaches as well as the interior of the island.

Golf
The nearest Golf courses are currently in Caleta de Fuste, about 30km south of Correlejo.

Special interest holidays
Fuerteventura is defiantly for sun lovers as we have the best beaches in the Canary Islands and it is an all year round destination. With temperatures very rarely falling below 70degrees and crystal clear water with very clean beaches. It is an ideal destination for families, surfers, walkers, food lovers and sun lovers both 'textile' and 'nudist'. Approx 1km from the villa are the famous white sand dunes that stretch over 7km along the coast. Here you can find places of peace and privacy or areas of windsurfing, kite-surfing and other water sports. Most beaches are safe for bathing such as the Lagoons of El Cotillo.

Travel
Fuerteventura airport is 30 mins drive from Corralejo with plenty of hire car companies having offices situated within the airport terminal. Easy taxi journey to and from the airport.

Distances
Walking distance to Corralejo town centre where some of the best restaurants can be found. 60m to the Baku Water Park. Centrally based but in residential area, it is located very near the El Campanario Centre (Canarian Village shops) 1km from the sand dunes and other town beaches.

Further details
Corralejo is situated on the northern tip of Fuerteventura and is one of the last to be developed, hence there are very few high rise developments/buildings. The traffic is minimal and driving is easy on good roads. Boasting year round sunshine and ideal temperatures for year round beach holidays it has become a mecca for sun lovers and water sport enthusiasts. Some of the best surfing and kite surfing can be found on the island. On the leaward and north coast most of the beaches are white (blown over from the Sahara) and some sparkling black beaches can be found in the south. The windward coast is mostly rocky and windy with amazing surf. The spine of the island must be explored. Being the oldest volcanic island on the Canarys it ranges from high rolling mountains to high rocky peaks (found in the far south). Some really interesting villages to be explored as well as living museums and a trip down a Lava Tube a must for any tourist. There are some amazing Restaurants offering both Canarian and international cuisine on the island. Plenty of Festivals on-going during the year.
