Outside
Property is situated on a private complex accessible via electronic gate, opposite the property is the shared pool which is approximately 8m x 5m and kidney shaped, there is also a children’s pool.
Adjacent to the pools is a luxurious spa, including sauna, jacuzzi, turkish bath, toilets, changing rooms and showers.
Above the spa is a large solarium including sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
The best nearest beach is in Caleta De Fuste to the right of the port (approx 2km away). This is a beautiful horse shoe shaped sandy beach, very safe and perfect for the whole family to enjoy. You can also hire sunbeds and parasols for the day at a very reasonable cost. There is also watersports available including jet ski, scuba diving, snorkelling, pedaloes, whale watching. The most popular beaches on the Island are located at Corralejo, El Cotillo, Costa Calma, Cofte and Jandia.
Golf
The villa is situated near Fuerteventura golf club, a new 18 hole championship course with lush wide fairways lined by swaying palm trees. The course, the first on the island, is a par 70 extending 6124 metres from the championship tees, with a mild descent from the clubhouse down towards the ocean.
Villa is located 5 minutes by taxi from clubhouse and first tee.
Travel
Marina golf is located 15 minutes from Fuerteventura airport. Taxis are plentiful, very good standard and relatively cheap.
Bus routes are also very efficient.
Distances
15 minute taxi ride from Fuerteventura airport. 2km from the beach and marina / port area at Caleta de Fuste. 2km from Caleta's wide range of bars, restaurants and shops. 5 minutes by car from the golf club house, first tee, practice range and 5 star bars / restaurants. 5 minutes by car to a large commercial centre which includes: numerous high quality bars & restaurants.

Full payment due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
100 euro breakages bond payable on arrival at property you will receive a receipt for this and it will be returned to you if no damages are incurred.
