Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. You may enter the villa from 2pm and on departure, we ask you to vacate by 10am if there are other clients coming in. If your departur is late, you may use the facilities of the apt until the new guests arrive.

Before your arrival the villa will be cleaned inside and out, beds made up, towels, bathrobes for master bedroom and kitchen towels provided. You will receive fresh towels midweek and a complete linen and towel change weekly. Foodpack on arrival. |
Notes on accommodation
For those of you travelling with young children, the two entrances to the pool area are lockable. There is also a closed in garden area outside the lounge and kitchen. The interior of the villa has one step in the hallway and two steps down into the lounge, the rest of the villa is on one level. Cots, highchairs, baby gates & baby bath are all free of charge. The twin bedroom has been equipped with children in mind. There is a TV/video player, a selection of childrens' videos, books, games and soft toys. Buckets and spades, lilos and rubber rings for around the pool and beach.
Outside
The beautiful, unusual pool (solar heated) is surrounded by mature gardens and has views to the Atlantic and the mountains. There are sunbeds with cushions, where you can lay and watch the beautiful sunsets that Lanzarote is famous for. The pool area can be made secure for children with lockable gate and door. There is a large BBQ room with ample seating and small fridge for your cold drinks while you are sunbathing around the pool. There is also a sink and washing machine. A one bedroom apartment looks directly onto the pool area.
Coast/Beach
6 kms drive to the beaches of Puerto del Carmen.
Golf
The newly opened golf course in Puerto del Carmen is a 6 minute drive away. The opriginal golf course in Costs Teguise is a 20 minute drive.
Travel
Ten minutes drive from Arrecife Airport. 20kms drive from Ferry Port in Playa Blanca for trips to the neighbouring island of Fuertaventura. Car hire essential advised but not essential. Taxis are very cheap.
Further details
The beaches, restaurants, nightlife and watersports of Puerto del Carmen are a mere 6km drive away. The road down from La Asomada leads directly down into the Old Town. The exclusive marina of Puerto Calero with its designer shops, restaurants, bars, spas and marine excursions, is a 10 minute drive away.
