All rooms are airconditioned which is rare in these islands. The property is owned by a family including 2 young children. The owners find the location and property ideal for family vacations.

Outside
The private swimming pool is 9 meters x 4 meters in dimension and is situated in a large garden. All overlooking the golf course and with views to the ocean.
There are sun loungers that can be used around the pool or on the roof top sun terrace.
For al fresco dining there is a an outside dining set.
Coast/Beach
A selection of beaches are just 500 meters away or a 10 minute walk.
Golf
The villa is located right on the Fuerteventura Golf resort with 18 hole championship golf course. This course hosted the 2004 Spanish open. Green fees are usually no more than 65 Euro with all equipment easily for rent.
Another 18 hole course is just 1 Km away.
Travel
Puerto Del Rosario international airport is just 7.5 Kms away or 15 min by car. Taxis are cheap and readily available. Car hire is not essential but would be recommended.
Distances
Nearest shopping centre is 5 minute walk and the main resort town of Caleta de Fuste is a 15 minute walk or a short car journey.
The city of Puerto De Rosario with a large shopping centre is a 15 minute car or taxi ride.
Booking notes
Booking procedure is simple with a 30% deposit securing your holiday. The balance is payable 8 weeks in advance of travel. Payment can be by Bank Draft or electronic bank transfer.
