Two x 2/3 bedroom spacious fully furnished townhouses with third bedrooms and en-suite shower room on lower ground floor. Fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. Houses are within a private complex (access through locked gates) with communal heated pool and landscaped gardens. Family friendly includes full range of baby/toddler equipment for hire ie. stairgates, cots, highchairs, baby/toddler toys, pushchairs, etc to suit all needs, inc. families with twins, triplets or more. Baby/toddler friendly - extra features i.e. locks on windows, hand-rails on stairs, mesh on balconies. Each has a private garden with lockable gates, decked seating area, own garden furniture. Both can be rented as 2 or 3 bedroom, with option of 2nd living area or large corner garden. A vast assortment of restaurants and bars are within walking distance, as are shops, expanses of golden sandy beaches, spectacular sea walks and everything else the resort has to offer. Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds for a maximum of 4 adults for the 2 bedroom and 6 adults for the 3 bedroom (there is an extra £25 charge per person per week should the sofabed be required as a bed).
We offer a reduced rate for:
last minute bookings;
second consecutive weeks for accommodation during off-peak periods;
50% discount for baby/toddler package/item prices for second;
consecutive week;
baby/toddler package/items for families of twins, triplets and more.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. If guests are leaving on a changeover day they must vacate the property by 10am, and if arriving on a changeover day, then they can only have access after 2pm. In either case provision can be made for your luggage.

Accommodation
AM19&1 (2/3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4/8)
The main bedroom is on the first floor and has a kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes, and fixed safe. The twin bedroom and main bathroom (with bath/shower, toilet and sink) are also on the first floor, and both bedrooms have their own balconies. The ground floor offers a handmade fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room, with an oven/grill, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, extractor, microwave, washing machine, double sink, kettle and toaster. Also the living room with 2nd dining area, and 2nd WC are on this floor.
Available as a 3 bedroom option with lower ground floor accommodation which includes a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. This house offers a 2nd living room with wooden floor, sofa suite and 2nd TV/DVD.

Notes on accommodation
Both properties have heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans and UK (channels 1-5) installed, as well as DVD and video players.
The houses are suitable for all members of the family and have also been adapted to create a child friendly environment. Baby and toddler friendly features include: extra locks on windows, hand-rails on stairs, mesh on balconies, stair-gates.
Also available for hire, is a full range of good quality baby and toddler equipment i.e. cots, highchairs, baby/toddler toys, pushchairs, carseats etc to suit all needs, including families with twins, triplets or more (this is all privately owned, for rental to guests within our accommodation and is therefore maintained to a good standard). A full price list is available upon request.

Accessibility
The properties can be easily accessed with a pushchair, but the 2 staircases within the property themselves means that people with mobility problems would find it difficult to move around the houses. Although, there is a sofabed and WC on the ground floor, apart from sinks, there are no other washing facilities. There are also steps to access the garden and pool area from the house.

Outside
Each has a private garden accessed through the kitchen patio doors, with lockable gates, decked seating area, own table and chairs, and sunloungers which can be take out by the pool for the duration of your holiday, and fixed clothes dryer. A barbeque is available upon request.
The private complex consisting of a closed rectangle of 48 houses, offers a centrally located heated pool (rectangle with deep and shallow end), poolside showers, and landscaped gardens, which can all be accessed via the individual house private gardens.

Coast/Beach
Within a 10 mins stroll, the large expanse of sandy beaches with shallow waters are ideal for both children to play and those looking to relax in solitude by the sea. Also within walking distance a little further along are the beautiful newly created man-made beaches and coves. There's fishing and diving opportunities, daily boat trips and many water sport facilities. The island is also well-known for its vast expanse of unspoilt sand dunes in the north and beautiful beaches in the south.

Golf
The PGA golf course with club hire facilities, is within a 5 mins drive. The course is an 18-hole par 70 of 6,078 metres from the championship tees, with two loops of 9 holes starting and finishing at the clubhouse.
The practise facilities include a 50 bay driving range (50 balls cost around 3 euros), a large putting green and a second green for chipping and bunker shots.
The course offers a pay and play facility and has buggies, trolleys and two classes of clubs for hire.
The golf course is situated opposite the Atlantico Shopping and Leisure Centre. This is a few minutes drive from the complex and can be reached by the 'free bus service' which operates from just outside our complex and stops at several locations including the shopping centre and golf course.
Prices for the golf course can be provided upon request.

Travel
Fuerteventura has 1 airport and the resort is approximately a 10 minute drive from the airport (approx. 10 euros in a taxi). The main ferry port is approx 35 mins, which has regular ferry services to Lanzarote (Fast 12 mins, or slower ferry 30 mins). The resort does not require a car, and exploration of the island can either be with a hire car, local bus services, taxis, or excursions, all of which can be arranged from within the resort itself.

Distances
The resort is well situated for exploration of the rest of the island, approx. 35 mins drive to the north - sand dunes, water park, and ferry service to Lanzarote. Approx 45 mins to the zoo and botanical gardens on the way to Jandia spectacular beaches.

Further details
Caleta de Fuste offers a wide variety of recreational activities, which are all within walking distance from the complex. The marina offers the Oceanarium, daily boat trips, and many water sport facilities. The 18 hole PGA golf course with club hire facilities, is within a 5 min drive. The shopping plaza offering a ten-pin bowling alley, Spar supermarket and more can be reached by a walk along the beach as can the established Wellness-Center. The vast assortment of restaurants, cater for families with children of all ages.

Booking notes
A £100 holding fee (non-refundable) is required with your booking form to secure your booking. We do hold dates for a period of 10 days before receipt of this, should you require time to arrange flights etc.
The outstanding balance for the property is required one month before your arrival date. We also require a £150 key deposit at this time, which will be returned (due to satisfactory inspection of the property on your departure) within 2 weeks of you leaving the property.
