This magnificent villa 'Casa Del Sueno' is ideally situated within the outskirts approx 1km from the quaint Canarian Village of Tias. You will find supermarkets, shops, good restaurants, tapas bars and bakery. 10mins drive to Puerto del Carmen where you will find lovely sandy beaches, 10mins from Puerto Calero, 10mins from the airport. It has 3 floors, 1st floor has a sumptuous master bedroom with Kingsize bed and a walk in dressing room with built in wardrobes and ensuite, double doors lead out to private terrace with sun loungers and a Jacuzzi for that wonderful hydromassage soak with beautiful seaviews. Lower Ground has a Gym/Sauna and Steam Room. The villa has its own banana, apple & apricot trees which guests are welcome to pick when ripe. An ideal base for touring the islands many beautiful attractions. This exquisite detached villa lacks nothing!

Rates are for up to 4 persons, £99 extra per person per week, up to 12. Pool Heating (approx 28 degrees) is available at £50 per week. Safe Available. This villa can be rented as either a 4 bedroom villa for smaller groups (lower Ground floor locked) or as 6 bedrooms. Gym/Sauna and Steam room available (additional cost)
Infants under 2 years old are free with our compliments. Cot and highchair are available.
Changeover day
Bookings are from Thursday 14.00hrs to Thursday 10.00hrs. Off peak can be flexible - please ask.

Towels are changed weekly, for stays longer than 1 week full linen change and clean. We DO provide beach towels, saves space when packing! |
Notes on accommodation
Casa Del Sueno is a very spacious villa and based on 3 floors it is ideal for families or friends who want to share, but also want some privacy. It sleeps 12 plus cots! Please bring games for the Playstation 2.

Beaches - Puerto Del Carmen 10 minutes drive long stretches of white sandy beaches, whilst Papagayo is for beach connoisseurs fairly unspoilt 40 mins drive.
Watersports and diving and aquapark - Costa Teguise 20 mins drive.

Brand New Golf Course in Puerto Del Carmen 5mins drive 18 Hole. Also Costa Teguise 20 mins drive 18 hole course.
Travel
Arrecife airport - 10 minutes drive. Car Hire considered essential - We can arrange Car Hire for your holiday.

For smaller parties that would like more room, we can open the third floor at a nominal charge which has a 2 bedrooms, Gym, Steam Room and Sauna. £200pw non-refundable deposit payable on booking. Balance payable 10 weeks prior to departure. Pool Heating (around 28 deg) is available at £50pw. Safe at £25pw. Cot/high chair available. Infants under 2 are free with our compliments. No single sex parties please.

Just a quick note to thank you for allowing us to use your lovely villa. It really is a beautiful villa, well maintained, great set out, spacious well equipped and many extras. It was cleaned to a very high standard. We were greeted at the airport and shown to our car, well organised. Towels were changed on Monday, pool/jacuzzi cleaned whilst we were there and on the day we left.
