This villa is perfect for the golfing enthusiast and also for the non golfers who enjoy breathtaking views in a peaceful location yet only minutes from the fishing village of La Caleta and a 5mins drive away from the popular resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristianos. The property consists of 2 bedrooms both with their own balcony (master en-suite) a further shower room. On the ground floor you have a cloakroom, lounge/dining, American style kitchen, patio door leading to the private pool and barbecue area. There is a roof terrace providing views down the coast of Las Americas.

Changeover day
Our preferred changeover days are Fridays and Tuesdays but we can be flexible. The villa will be ready at 4pm on arrival day and must be vacated at 10am on departure day in order for us to prepare for the new incoming clients.

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is ideal for couples or families, a car is recommended.
Cot and High chair are available for hire.
Outside
To the front there is a garage, garden and the utility area. To the rear overlooking the golf course there is a covered area (when shade is needed) and open terrace for sunbathing which is equipped with 4 sun loungers and mattresses, a parasol, dining patio table, four chairs and cushions and a barbecue, together with an oval shaped private pool accessible by a ladder. There is a small garden area to the right. To the rear of the terrace there is a table and two chairs in order to take in the breathtaking views. The balcony from the master bedroom looks over the golf course and has a patio table and two chairs. The balcony from the twin room looks to the mountains and the coast of Las Americas, there is a table and two chairs. The roof terrace provides spectacular views.
Coast/Beach
The Beach of La Caleta with golden sand, sun loungers, mattresses, parasols, showers, wc's, a bar serving drinks and food is less than 5 mins by car. The beautiful beaches of Fanabe are 5 min drive including the Del Duque beach with it's promenade, shops, cafes and restaurants, situated to the rear of the fabulous 5 star hotel.
Golf
There are 5 courses in the south, The property is situated on Costa Adeje championship course. There is also a nine hole course hear. Abama golf approx 4km. Golf Las Americas approx 9km. These are the nearest 3.
Travel
Reina Sofia airport is 25 mins drive. Car hire is essential.
Distances
La Caleta with it's famous fish restaurants is is less than 5 mins by car. The town of Adeje famous for it's chicken in garlic and the Barranco del Infierno walk is 5 mins by car. The busy resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are 5 mins away by car.
Further details
There are several shops, bars, supermarkets, restaurants in La Caleta. The nearest bank is less than 5 mins by car in Los Olivos. The town of Adeje has shops banks chemists. There is a Hypermarket (Asda Style) 2 mins from the villa selling everything you need.
Booking notes
We would require 100 pounds per week deposit and the balance paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Please Note for the period 29th April to 7th July the price of 490 pounds per week is for 2 persons. Extra persons will be charged an extra 25 pounds per week.

Thank you so much for being so helpful last Christmas when we rented your villa. The villa is excellent, we have stayed in the Canary islands 19 times now and this was the best so far. Very comfy. Even the beds were good, a failure with most holiday renals. A car is a must, but that was the good part as its only a 5 minute drive everywhere you need to go,and the beauty of a peaceful location to stay. We have stayed in the resorts in the past, but the noise was terrible, even the 5 star hotels are never far from a karioke bar. The only disturbance here was the odd sparrow churp, great. We loved it, will come again, and would highly recommend it, very many thanks, The Claxton family'.

Very nice house, nice spot with views ove the golfcourse and the sea. All the equipment to have a nice stay were available.
