The property sits in a large 800 sq.m. plot and has loads of space for the kids to run around in weather inside or outside the villa. The villa is a short distance from the resort town of Caleta de Fuste, about a 10min walk. There is also the Atlantico shopping centre also a 10 mins walk away.

Accessibility
The villa is on 1 level and has a large entrance door so should be suitable for the less ablebodied.
Outside
There is a very large terrace area and garden to the outside of the villa which is south facing and gets the sun all day.
There are sunbeds, table, chairs and a large swinging lounger.
Coast/Beach
10 mins walking distance of the beach.
10 mins walking distance to the shopping centre.
10 mins walking distance to bars & restaurants.
Best beach is in front of the new 5 star Sheraton hotel.
10 mins walk to the clubhouse.
Overlooking the 4th tee.
Golf
The villa is situated on the new Las Salinas golf course, it overlooks the 4th hole with views to the sea, the course is a great course to play perfect resort golf as it is not too long but still quite tricky. The greens are fantastic you will think there is something wrong with your local course's greens when you return.
There is also a driving range and a very stylish clubhouse with a top quality restaurant, the atmosphere in the clubhouse is very relaxed but still very classy.
Travel
10 mins drive from the airport.
Car hire recommended but not essential, its a great place to explore and the roads are fantastic, we use a car hire company called top-car-hire.com/car_hire_canary_islands/ there are very reasonable in price about 15 euros a day.
Further details
There are some great places to eat in Caleta de Fuste, we would highly recommend, Fado Rock steakhouse can get very busy great atmosphere, also for families El Menu at the Barcelona complex near the harbour its 13 euros for adults and 7 euros for children eat as much as you like and very good quality food.

"A very nice villa, it has everything you could ask for. Lots of good places to eat nearby. best to hire a car as there is lots to do and see around the island. One of the best holidays we have ever had."
