This villa has been up-graded to a high standard. Situated on one of the larger plots of the urbanization. There is a covered terrace for when shade is required, a large open terrace by the pool ( Heated in the winter months) and roof terrace providing fantastic views of the sea, Mount Teide and the nearby island of La Gomera. There is ample patio furniture for sunbathing or alfresco dining on the BBQ. Internally the villa is fully equipped with fans in all rooms. Positioned in a residential area only minutes walk to the centre of the resort which has a selection of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and 3 banks.

Changeover day
Our normal changeover day is Friday but other day changeovers can be catered for. The villa is available from 3pm and we request that you vacate by 10am on your departure day.

Bathrooms: En-suite to bedroom 1 fully modernised, bath, overhead shower, bidet, hand basin and mirror, WC and hairdryer.
Shower room, enclosed shower cubicle, WC, hand basin, mirror, hairdryer and washing machine.
Kitchen: This modern kitchen is equipped with halogen hob, oven, extractor canopy, microwave, coffee maker, electric juicer, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, iron, ironing board. There is ample crockery and cutlery.
Utility Room: External, housing sunlounger mattresses/cushions.
Living Rooms: Lounge/diner with a large leather corner unit, dining table 6 chairs, ceiling fan, feature wall unit and matching mirror, coffee table, TV with UK channels, DVD, CD/Radio. A selection of books and games. Patio doors looking out to the pool area.

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is situated all on one level and is ideal for families.
There is a rental charge of 10 pounds per week for the Highchair and 15 pounds per week for the Cot.

Outside
Due to the large corner plot this Villa has a roof terrace with views of the sea, mount Teide, and the Island of La Gomera. A covered terrace when shade is needed and a large open terrace around the private Roman style pool which is heated during the winter months. The pool is accessible by steps and the depth is 1m to 1.5m it is 9m long and 3.2m wide. There is a cast iron BBQ for alfresco dining with ample sun loungers patio table and chairs.

Coast/Beach
The new beach of Callao Salvaje is now under construction and is just a few minutes walk from the villa.It should be finshed for the summer of 2011. The beautiful beaches of Fanabe are just a 10 minutes drive away.

Golf
There are a total of 5 courses in the South. the three nearest are Abama is 4km, Golf Costa Adeje 5km, Las Americas golf 9km.

Travel
The nearest airport is Reina Sofia which is approx 25 minutes drive away. Car hire is not essential but recommended to explore the beautiful island of Tenerife. The resort provides a bus service to other local resorts and taxis are readily available.

Distances
The lively resorts of Playa De Las Americas and Los Cristianos are situated approximately 10km away. The fishing village of La Caleta which is famous for its restaurants is approx 7km away.

Further details
There are a selection of shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, 3 banks, money exchange/internet cafe, excursion shop, Doctors and a chemist just a few minutes walk from the villa. If you have any queries or requests during your stay our management companies office is situated close by.

Booking notes
We require £100 per week deposit, balance payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

'We have stayed in villa Azul many times, this villa has everything we need with all the comforts of home. The swimming pool is fabulous. The location of the villa is ideal, in a quiet position within a 5 minute stroll to the village where there is ample restaurants and bars with beautiful sea views. Highly recommended for all ages.'

'We had a fortnight in June 2010, beautiful villa, absolutley no complaints. Lots of supermarkets, a few bars and restaurants. Not a place for youngsters but ideal if you are 45+ and just want a lovely peaceful holiday. Villa is superb.'
