Air conditioning in the main living area is Free to our guests, all we request is that it is switched off upon leaving apartment to reduce running costs.

Accessibility
The apartment complex is on a flat even surface with ramped access. Our apartment is on the ground floor with double opening doors to frontage. There is 1 small step down to our private terrace. It is our opinion that disabled access is possible with some aid (ring me for more information).

Outside
We have a private terrace that has sun for most of the day in a quite position 1 row back from the swimming pool.
Outside seating for 4 people. There is a massive communal sun terrace with free sun loungers and a large swimming pool with separate kiddies pool.

Coast/Beach
Only 5 minutes walk from our apartment is the lovely Golden bay beach at Caleta De Fuste. Further beaches can be reached by walking along coastal paths in either direction.

Golf
There's a 18-hole championship golf course 5 minutes drive away.

Travel
The apartment is a short 10 minute drive from the local airport in Puerto del Rosario by car taxi or local bus.

Further details
Our apartment is ideal for couples and small families on a budget looking for good holiday accommodation in a resort with plenty to offer everyone.
Caleta de Fuste has plentiful shops and bars. A marina selling boat trips jet ski's fishing etc (5 min stroll).
At the close by Atlantico shopping center there is a bowling alley and cinema (10-15 minute walk).
The capital city of Puerto del Rosario is a short bus ride away with it's plentiful boutiques and shops.
Jandhia with its stunning 30 kilometre beach is 30 minutes by car / bus as is the surfing area of Corralejo in the north.

Booking notes
There is a £50 (non refundable) deposit, per apartment per week required to secure your booking.
A 100 euro or £75 security bond to be paid at the commencement of your holiday which will be refunded on return of the keys and confirmation of no damage.
The balance will be due 8 weeks before departure.
