Accessibility
When built this apartment has been originally designed to accommodate people who use wheelchairs easy access. Situated close to the main entrance of the complex and with permanent ramp. Width of doors have been considered for manoeuvrability within the apartment. Durable handrails in bathroom are supplied. Safe and easy access throughout the complex and pool area.
Outside
Private terrace overlooking gardens and pool, has patio table and four chairs. There is a communal pool with relaxing sunloungers and a private tennis court for holiday makers use also. There is palm trees and fabulous gardens throughout the complex with attractive evening lighting.
Coast/Beach
The sand dunes and local beaches are only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The beaches are perfect for all ages, also among the best kite, wind-surfing in the world, and perfect for all water sports enthusiasts.
Golf
The golf courses are around 5km away.

Special packages for Honeymoon couples can be arranged personally with the owner. This hidden little retreat can be the perfect getaway for the most romantic individuals. Travel
Airport transfer can be arranged for 28 euro (taxi would normally charge 40 euro). Regular daily ferry service to Lanzarote. Car hire easily arranged if required.

Further details
All banks and supermarkets are no more than 2km from apartment, the safe is free to use with a small deposit for the key. There is a friendly tourist office to help with tours etc, and all the islands attractions are explained in brochures left in apartment.
