Villa Ann is ideal for those wishing to ‘get away from it all’. It has a totally secluded and private solar heated swimming pool for those lazy days. Pool area is accessed by a fully lockable gate to prevent small children from entering the pool area unattended. A full Sky package is offered on a 37" wide screen TV including Sky movies, Sky sports, ITV, BBC1, BBC2 and C4 (very rare in Lanzarote) for those cosy nights in with a bottle of wine. German and Spanish satellite tv also available. ADSL (broadband) internet connection and leather 3 piece suite. Beach towels are provided for use during your stay. Also available a range of equipment for babies/toddlers including cot, highchair, baby buggy, baby monitor, baby bath, steam steriliser, bibs, bottles, potty etc all at no extra cost (please ask for more details). Come and experience the real Lanzarote.

Changeover day
Thursday is the preferred changeover day but please ask regarding other days. Arrival time at the villa is 2.00pm and departure time is 10.00am.

10 minutes drive to Costa Teguise beaches - family area or 10 minutes drive to Famara beach for surfing, windsurfing etc - not suitable for swimming. Puerto del Carmen approximately 25 minutes drive.

Arrecife airport approximately 20 minutes drive
Distances
Villa Ann is in the tranquil village of Nazaret, approximately 10 mins drive from the coastal resorts of Costa Teguise and Famara and approximately 20 mins drive from the airport. Puerto del Carmen is about 25 mins drive away. The old capital of Teguise is 5 mins drive away and every Sunday there is a huge market there. There is a golf course and aqua park about 10 minutes drive away. There is a well stocked supermarket within walking distance and several bars and restaurants close by.
