Pool area is accessed by a fully lockable gate to prevent small children from entering the pool area unattended. A satellite tv package is offered on a 40" wide screen TV including movies, sports etc for those cosy nights in with a bottle of wine. German and Spanish satellite TV also available. Ipod docking station. WI-FI available. Leather 3 piece suite. Beach towels are provided for use during your stay. Outside pool table available for your enjoyment. Accessibility
Villa - 2 small steps up to the patio and 2 small steps up to the pool area. Once inside the villa, there are no more steps.

Coast/Beach
10 minutes drive to Costa Teguise beaches where there is great snorkelling or 10 minutes drive to Famara beach for surfing, windsurfing etc - great waves. Puerto del Carmen approximately 25 minutes drive.
Nazaret is centrally located on the island and makes a great base for exploring everything Lanzarote has to offer.

Distances
Villa Ann is situated in the rural village of Nazaret, approximately 10 mins drive from the coastal resorts of Costa Teguise and Famara and approximately 20 mins drive from the airport. Puerto del Carmen is about 25 mins drive away. The old capital of Teguise is 5 mins drive away and every Sunday there is a huge market there. There is a golf course and aqua park about 10 minutes drive away.
Further details
A well stocked supermarket is within walking distance. The Nazaret Sociedad is also within walking distance where you can eat and drink quite cheaply. There are also lots more bars and restaurants in the old capital of Teguise, which is approximately 2km away.
Complimentary welcome pack on arrival, including tea, coffee, bread, milk, ham, cheese, pate, biscuits, crackers, champagne, beer etc infact, all you need to get your holiday off to a flying start.

Villa - £150 per week deposit on booking with full payment 8 weeks prior to holiday. Prices are based on 4 people sharing. Each extra person charged at 75.00 GBP per person, per week. Both properties booked - £250 per week deposit on booking with full payment 8 weeks prior to holiday.

Just returned from Villa Ann yesterday after a fabulous 8 days. This villa is the best we've stayed in, Kim & Brian are great hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they were on hand to help if necessary but didn't intrude either. The welcome pack was perfect, there was enough for a decent lunch and we enjoyed the wine! The villa was very clean and comfortable, it's as good if not better than it looks in the photos. Kim & Brian have put a lot of care into making it comfortable, and it shows from the nice decor and comfortable chairs/beds down to the ipod dock and clean new pillows! It was a nice bonus to have the sky tv and wifi access to keep in touch at home.
We loved the pool area, and we could lock it up safe in the knowledge our almost 3 year old son wouldn't get in there without us, so in that respect it's perfect for families with young children. I would definitely recommend this villa.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We used to holiday in Nazaret and we came to love the area so much that when the opportunity of buying our property came up, we grabbed the opportunity with both hands. We have lovingly renovated both Villa Ann and Casa Ida (advert C3448) and are very proud of both of our properties. Nazaret is a great base for exploring the many delights this wonderful island has to offer. It is a far cry from the bright lights and bars of the main resorts and is ideal if you are looking for peace and relaxation. Come and experience the real Lanzarote, we are sure you will love it as much as we do.
Unique benefits of the property
Villa Ann and Casa Ida offer flexible accommodation options. They can be booked together for larger families and can then sleep 8, 6 in the villa and 2 in the apartment. They can also be booked separately.
Please note, if the apartment is booked separately then there is no access to the swimming pool. However, the apartment does have a lovely terrace with table and chairs, sun loungers and BBQ for alfresco dining.
