Ground floor has lounge with TV, air conditioning, full sky satellite and DVD player wi-fi. Leading to kitchen with all mod cons including full size cooker fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee- maker, plenty pots, pans, cutlery etc. 1st floor bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe and balcony. Bedroom 2 ‘family room’ has a double bed and dressing area ideal for children cot and fold away bed, air-conditioner. Downstairs bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe and dressing table. Bathroom 1. Bathroom 2. Outside utility room washing machine ironing board iron drying area door to rear garden. |

Notes on accommodation
Bed linen and bath towels are changed weekly.
Accessibility
The area is hilly and not recommended for those with walking difficulties.
Outside
Casa 2 comes with 12x4m swimming pool heated all year round, rear garden, BBQ area. Casa 1 has spa new 2012 garden front side and rear for sun bathing and BBQ’s etc.
Coast/Beach
Main beach is 5 min walk (downhill) may take longer to walk back especially if hot but there are always plenty of cabs to run you back for a few euros.
Golf
Good golf courses within easy reach.
Travel
Arrecife airport is approx 20 mins drive, taxi is around 15 euros. A car is not essential for your stay but you may wish to hire a car to explore for a couple of days. a car can be hired locally.
Booking notes
When you sign a booking form agreeing to these conditions you will be required to pay an initial sum of deposit to us. The balance shown on the final invoice 2 months before departure. If payment is not received by the due date, you could be liable for cancellation charges up to 100% of the holiday price, in this event we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you at anytime up to the date of departure.
