Villa Baljat will be available to rent all year. Guests are respectfully asked to note that there is no smoking inside the property. Children must be supervised at the pool area.
Accessibility
There is car access to the front door,there are no steps, the entrance door is a door and half. Access to lounge, pool and main bedroom though french doors. The bathroom door is standard size. Please contact owner for more details.
Outside
Villa Baljat has its own secluded private heated swimming pool, sunbathing terraces (all over tan is possible) and outdoor dining areas. There is also a large conservatory where you can relax in a comfortable armchair, or eat at the dining table whilst still making the most of the well maintained garden and views towards Guatiza and the Famara hills.
Coast/Beach
The villa is only 20-30 mins drive to Famara or Arrieta beaches.
Golf
Teguise golf club is just 5km away.

This area of the island offers some great walking and is popular with bird watchers.

Villa Baljat is situated approx 25-30 mins from the airport. A hire car is recommended.
Distances
Villa Baljat is 10 mins from Teguise, the original capital of the Island. This picturesque town hosts a bustling market every Sunday and has a good selection of shops, a well stocked supermarket, banks and plenty of popular restaurants. Internet access can also be found in Teguise. A smaller supermarket is also available in nearby Nazaret.
