All of the villas have private parking for 2 cars and intercom entry system. Pool towels are provided.

Notes on accommodation
The property is fully air conditioned. Hot tubs are available now in all villas.Also included is a daily maid service at a time to suit you.
Welcome pack, hairdryer and pool towels are provided. An extra bed can be provided at a cost of £75 per week.
Outside
There are 3 south facing terraces set on different levels, private heated 8m x 4m swimming pool, hot tub/spa's Canarian BBQ, sun loungers and outside dining furniture.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Playa Flamingo and is approx a 10minute walk or 2 mins by car. There are also another two beaches in Playa Blanca, and a little further out the fabulous Papagayo beach, which are well worth a visit. A promenade stretches (approx 3 miles) from one end of town to Papagayo at the other, with the waters edge on one side and shops, bars and restaurants of Playa Blanca on the other. Cycle hire is available locally.
Travel
The airport for Lanzarote is Arrecife and is approx 30km from Playa Blanca transfer time is 25/ 30 mins by car/taxi.
Taxi's are readily available from the airport and will cost approx 30 euros.
Distances
Nearest supermarket 2 mins walk. Nearest beach/bars and restaurants 10 mins walk. Punta Limones 15 mins walk (ferry, bars and restaurants). Playa Blanca village 20 mins walk (shops, bars and restaurants). Marina Rubicon 5 mins by car/taxi. Taxi rank 1 mins walk.
Further details
Playa Blanca has a large pedestrian shopping area with an abundance of shops and supermarkets and the promenade is lined with quality restaurants and bars with something to suit every taste. The New Marina Rubicon, has the designer shops, upmarket restaurants and bars and a 10 pin bowling alley. There is a market held twice weekly in Playa Blanca (Saturday and Wednesday). A hourly ferry service to Fuerteventura operates from the harbour at Punta Limones, from here there are also boat trips available. A variety of water sports are available on the Playa Dorada beach. Other local places of interest include the Timinfaya National Park 15 mins drive, El Golfo 20 mins drive and the picturesque village of Femes and Yaiza 10 mins drive.
Booking notes
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due 6 weeks prior departure. There is also a £200 security deposit and this can be paid in cash on arrival.
