This privately owned two storey duplex is in an ideal position and is great for families and friends. There is lots of space in the Arizona complex and also lots to do in Puerto Rico, but the main attraction is the microclimate weather that gives all year round sunshine. The lovely beach and harbour are only about 10 minutes walk away. The new Amadores Beach is a further 15 minutes stroll. Argiuineguin fishing village and market is about 5 kilometers away. Mogan with its fantastic marina can be a great day out and you can catch the boat from the harbour every hour.

Accessibility
There are about 6 steps to negotiate but I have had people with wheelchairs stay.

Heated large swimming pool with bar and shop only 100 yards.
Coast/Beach

Travel
Las Palmas airport is about 50 kilometers away and airport pick ups can be easily arranged.

Dennis and Carol have been looking after the property for a number of years, they only live about 100 yards away and also can provide airport pick-ups.
