2 privately owned south facing apartments - the 3 bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor, and the 1 bedroom apartment is on the first floor, both overlook the pool and enjoy all day sunshine. They have been furnished and equipped to a luxury standard offering all the comforts of home. Fairways Club is a gated complex situated on the Amarilla Golf Course and is built in old Spanish Style, set in sub tropical gardens, suitable for those wanting a relaxing holiday while being family friendly. There is a large heated swimming pool and children’s pool with an on duty lifeguard, 4 bar/restaurants on site plus many others within walking distance.

Changeover day
The apartments are available after 4pm on arrival and guests should vacate the apartment by 10am on the day of departure. Check in date is flexible but a minimum stay of a week.

Garden of Sun (3 Bedrooms - Sleeps up to 6)
3 Bedrooms: Bedroom 1, en suite with 6ft bed, double wardrobe, drawer units, TV and safe.
Bedroom 2, double bed, double wardrobe and drawer units. Bedroom 3, 2 twin beds and drawer units. Bedside tables with lamps, ceiling fans and hairdryers in all bedrooms.
En suite bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity sink unit and toilet.
Family bathroom with bath - shower over, sink and toilet.
Newly fitted kitchen with granite worktops. Electric oven with ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle. Ample crockery, glassware, saucepans etc. A home-from-home kitchen.
Washing machine, Iron and ironing board provided. Drying facilities on sun terrace.
Lounge with new three and two-seat leather sofas, coffee table and lamps. 32" LCD TV, with English TV channels, DVD, video and Hi-fi unit, a selection of DVDs to keep the children amused. Dining area with table and chairs.

Sunnydays (1 Bedroom - Sleeps up to 4)
Sunnydays our one bedroom 1st floor luxury apartment overlooks the pool and sleeps up to 4 people. The bedroom has a double bed with ceiling fan, built in wardrobe and drawer unit. Newly fitted bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster and refrigerator plus everything required to make it home from home. The large lounge sleeps an additional two persons and has TV (English channels), DVD and radio/CD player and ceiling fan. The patio doors open onto a large south facing balcony with ample patio furniture for guests to enjoy the all day sunshine and alfresco living.


Outside
The 3 bedroom apartment has a large double private sun terrace, the 1 bedroom has a large balcony where you can sunbathe or just relax if you do not want to sit round the pool. Ample patio furniture is provided for guests to enjoy alfresco living. Sun loungers are provided free of charge around the large heated communal pool. Children have a separate pool and play area. Water polo, Spanish lessons and children's activities are arranged by the Fairways entertainer. Jigsaw puzzles, table tennis etc are provided in the communal areas.

Coast/Beach
5 minutes walk from the New Marina and rocky coastline paths. The sandy beaches of El Medano are a 20 minute drive and Los Cristianos a 15 minute drive from Fairways Club.

Golf
Fairways Club is situated on the Amarilla Golf 18 hole golf course. Golf De Sur Course is a short distance away.
Golf clubs are available for guests to use in the apartment.

Travel
Reina Sofia (Tenerife South) Airport is a 10 minute drive by car or taxi. For guests wishing to explore Tenerife we recommend car hire. There is a car hire office at Fairways Club.

Distances
Los Abrigos famous fishing village with its many restaurants are within walking distance.

Further details
There is a supermarket across the road from Fairways which caters for most needs. A large supermarket, Iceland, petrol station and other shops are a 10 minutes drive away. Local activities include - bowling greens at Winter Gardens which are a 5 minute drive from Fairways and open to the public. Booking advisable. Horse riding, walking, tennis, scuba diving, fishing and cycling. Fitness centres at Winter Gardens and Hotel Aguamarina Golf. Excursions to Loro Parque, round the Island, La Gomera and other places of interest can be booked at Fairways.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure a booking and full payment is due 8 weeks prior to the departure.
A security deposit of £100 is payable with the balance and is refunded within 2 weeks after return subject to any loss or damage to the property.

Guest comments
We have stayed at Fairways before but none came up to the luxury and comfort of your apartment. We will definitely be booking again. Peter and Jenny - August 2007.

Just a quick note to say what a fantastic job you have done on the refurbishment of the apartment. We had a great time and didn't want to come home. We plan to come back in the Spring 2008. Ian and family - October 2007.
