Notes on prices
Prices shown in UK Pounds per week and are based on 2 people sharing. Add £50 per week for 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th person (if applicable). Prices exclude use of hot tub (optional extra at £50pw) and Broadband WIFI (optional extra at £25pw). A Security bond (£100 per booking and refundable) must also be paid at the time of paying the balance. Discounts will be given for late bookings (less than 8 weeks before departure).
Changeover day
Prices are based on a Thursday changeover, although we are happy to discuss other dates.

Notes on accommodation
Welcome pack on arrival (fresh milk, tea, bread, butter, jam etc). Suitable for couples and families alike. A comprehensive brochure of the islands attractions is included to help you during your stay.
The patio around the pool has been vastly extended and a wall has been erected to provide additional privacy to bathers (and keep the little ones from wandering).
We have recently added a further section to the side of the villa with path to a central relaxation area set in landscaped canarians garden which is fully enclosed.

Accessibility
We have had a slope built to the side of the villa for easy wheelchair access to the rear of the property (through wider doors). In the en-suite bathroom we have added 'Keep Able'drop-down bars either side of the toilet and in the shower room we have fitted a 'Keep Able' shower seat and three grab rails to assist you in moving into position. All this work was done in conjunction with advice taken from a future wheelchair guest (who will provide further feedback after their holiday).
Outside
Pool is 8x4m, heated and covered (roller). Surrounding patios area comes complete with fixed parasol, extending table (seats 6) and 6 chairs. A furtehr table and 4 chairs are located beneath the Pergola to the Lounge. Matching sunloungers with cushions and built-in drinks trays are located around the pool, for you to sunbathe with a cool drink at your side. Stunning views to Montana Roja and the coast. Outside shower. Matchplay table tennis table and hot tub.
Coast/Beach
Short 5 minute walk to the coast. The Island has an excellent range of beaches, details are included in our brochure at the Villa.
Golf
15 mins (by car to Tias); 30 Mins (by car to Teguise). A third new championship golf course (within a mile of the villa) is under construction.
Travel
Arecife Airport is 30 Minutes by Car. Car hire is recommended in Lanzarote (to visit the wide range of attractions).
Distances
The local shops and bars are a short walk away. Playa Blanca Village/Harbour with its excellent range of bars and Fish/Spanish restaurants is a short ride by Car/Taxi.

About the owner
We are John and Rochelle (Hence the name of the villa) and we live in Solihull in the West Midlands (UK). We have two sons Brett and Joshua. We visit Lanzarote 3 or 4 times a year and always try to improve the villa on each and every visit - We hope you like the way we have presented the villa. Recent changes: 2010 : added 32" flatscreen to lounge, 26" flatscreen to master bedroom. 2009 : new hot tub fitted (sunk behind BBQ). 2008 : pergola added to garden area. 2007 : king-sized BBQ built on terrace.
