End of Cul de Sac location on good size plot with detached garage. Villa Paula has a large south facing fully tiled sun terrace. Lovely large swimming pool with easy access walk down steps. Outside shower. Table, 6 chairs and 4 reclining sun loungers. A delightful Canarian style courtyard with raised flower beds, traditional dining table and chairs providing additional area for dining or sunbathing.
Coast/Beach
Within 10 minutes walk or drive to the golden sandy beaches and coves of Papagayo and the beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants of Playa Blanca. Also the luxurious 500 berth Rubicon Marina with exclusive shops, bars and restaurants. There is a delightful promenade for enjoyable coastal walks with lovely views of Feurteventura.
Golf
Golf course (Campo del golf) located on the outskirts of Costa Teguise approximately 40 minutes drive.
Travel
About half an hour drive from Arrecife airport. We recommend hiring a car to explore this unspoilt island with generally all year round sunny climate. Car hire is very reasonably priced.
Distances
There is a Ferry every half and hour from the picturesque Playa Blanca harbour to Fuerteventura. This short crossing takes about 20 minutes.
Further details
Situated in the Las Coloradas area of Playa Blanca with its landscaped parkland area, there is a supermarket nearby and restaurants and five star hotel. The new development is not quite completed but all property is finished in the local area.
Lanzarote has many places of interest and is often described as magical with its unusual and spectacular landscape, dramatic mountains alternating with sweeping plains interspersed with whitewashed villages. A guide book is provided in the villa giving details of places to visit. Amongst these we would recommend the tour of the Montanas del Fuego ( Mountains of Fire) a fascinating, atmospheric experience within the Timanfaya National Park.
Development of the island is low level and has been closely monitored to prevent the island from becoming spoilt. The influence of the late Cesar Manrique, Lanzarote’s artist, designer and conservationist has contributed to this. Lanzarote was declared a "world reserve of the biosphere" by Unesco in 1992.
