A spacious studio apartment on the lovely Mare Verde complex. Ideally located - shops, restaurants and bars are only a few hundred metres away and Fanabe Beach and Porto Colon just a 5 minute walk away. The south facing apartment is a few steps from the pool and it's private patio enjoys sunshine from the early morning to the late afternoon.

Changeover day
We are flexible on changeover days. Departure is usually 10am unless no one is going in apartment after you. Arrival is after 12 noon unless no one in apartment.

| Living Rooms: | The lounge/sleeping area includes double bed, double bed settee, dining table and 4 chairs. TV, DVD, video, CD/radio, ceiling fan. |
| Other: | There is plenty of wardrobe space with the use of a free safe. The spacious patio has a table 4 chairs and sun umbrella. The property is fitted with security gates. There is also a range of books and DVDs for you to enjoy. |

Bedlinen and towels are included (please bring your own beach towels). The apartment is cleaned priory to your arrival. |
Notes on accommodation
The pool side apartment is suitable for couples with young children and the elderly. Both front and patio doors have security gates with fly mesh on them. Strictly no smoking in the apartment for insurance purposes. There are no pets allowed. There is now a wireless broadband facility available at the Mare Verde Community Office at a very reasonable rate. Also we do not take responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personnel or otherwise suffered by you or any member of your party while staying in our apartment and recommend you take out suitable travel insurance.

Outside
The Mare Verde complex is based on an Andalucian village. It has 6 swimming pools including a children's pool. The apartment has a private patio with table, 4 chairs and parasol. There is also a small private garden with various plants. The complex has 24 hour security on site. Other facilities include a pool bar, Oasis snack bar and family show bar for evening entertainment.
Coast/Beach
Fanabe Beach 5 minutes walk. Porto Colon 5 minutes walk. There is also a beach front walkway from Los Cristianos all the way to Caleta. Various beach activities ie paragliding and jet skiing.
Golf
5 courses available within easy travelling distance - Las Americas 2 miles, Los Palos 4 miles, Costa Adeje 5 miles, Golf del Sur 10 miles, Amarilla Golf 10 miles.
Travel
Tenerife South Airport (15 minute taxis ride away). We offer a pick up service to and from the airport if required, 20 euros each way. Local bus service - frequent and available just outside the complex at a reasonable price.
Distances
Playa de Las Americas 1.5 miles. Los Cristianos 3 miles. Los Gigantes 25 miles. Mount Teide 45 miles. Sofia Airport 15 miles.
Further details
Available locally - 24 hour supermarket, Multiplex Cinema and Aqua Park. Plenty of good bars, restaurants and cafes. Twice weekly market within walking distance.
Booking notes
£50 per week booked, (non-refundable) deposit secures your booking. The deposit for Christmas and New Year is £100 per week booked,(non-refundable). The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. A £50 returnable deposit is also payable with the balance and will be returned once the keys have been returned and the apartment is left in a satisfactory condition.
