Situated on Sands Beach Resort, a luxurious beachfront self catering complex with a wealth of amenities, including bars, 2 restaurants, shop, gym, health spa, Jacuzzi and tennis court. There are a number of bars, restaurants and shops within 5 minutes walk and the town centre is a 15 minute stroll along the beach. The villa is situated on the 'sunny side' of the pool and the accommodation is all on one level.

Accessibility
The accommodation is all on the ground floor, although there is 1 step between the washing area and the bathroom. There are both steps and ramps between the different plazas on the resort.
Outside
There is a private patio with table chairs, sun lounger and barbecue.
Large communal pool which the villas are situated around and children's splash pool. There are 6 other pools on the site.
Coast/Beach
The complex is situated immediately on the seafront and there is a fantastic sandy beach 5 minutes walk offering various water sports.
Golf
Golf course 5 minutes drive.
Travel
The airport at Arrecife is a 20 minute drive and taxis are readily available. A car is not essential although there are many car hire companies if required.
Distances
The centre of Costa Teguise is approx. 1 kilometre. The city of Arrecife is approx. 10 km. There are many tourist attractions, many inspired by the islands favourite 'son', the artist Ceasar Manrique, including his own home, a cactus garden and caves. Lanzarote of course is famous for its many volcanoes and 2 beautiful marinas.

Just thought i would take a minute to drop you an email to thank you and let you know what a fantastic time we had at Sands Beach Resort. The weather was fantastic, the villa perfect, the complex all we could have wanted for our needs and in particular the needs of the children. Having the pool right outside the door and the lagoon just a few feet away was perfect and also meant that the holiday was the most relaxed we have ever had (no packing a huge bag for the day, trying to remember to pack all that would be needed). I would definitely recommend you to others and have already started looking at flights for next year. My parents are trying to arrange a whole family holiday for 10 of us and i will be pushing to come back to Sands Beach Resort, that's if you would have us!!
