Casa Thomas is located in Parque Holandes, which is halfway between the airport and Corralejo in the north of the Island. The villa has an unspoilt panoramic view of the sea, with local shops and bars just a stroll away. Parque Holandes is known for its restaurants, Spanish, and German Thai and now an excellent Indonesian restaurant has recently opened up. The nearest beach is only 1km away from the villa, but 7 miles of golden sandy beaches are only 5-minutes drive away. The main house is 250 sq.m., and is situated in its own. 2000 sq.m. plot. There is a smaller garden for the children to play in which is within the villa area and has a safety gate. Child safety gates have been fitted in the villa for the children, as the pool is deep at one end. The private swimming pool is 7m x 5m and 2m in the deep end. Sun beds for all by the pool.
There is a bar and seating area in the courtyard adjacent to the pool, is a pleasant area for relaxing with a drink and a chat.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Payments are also accepted in Euros. Based on up to 8 people sharing.
Changeover day
Normal changeover day is on Wednesday from 4pm on arrival and will need to be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure to allow for cleaning. This day could be flexible, depending on availability of the date requested.

Notes on accommodation

Accessibility
There are no steps to tackle and should suite someone with a mobility problem.
Outside
There are 2 BBQ areas, a patio with a large table and chairs situated in the front of the villa is ideal for breakfast in the morning overlooking a panoramic view of the sea. The private swimming pool is 7m x 5m and 2m in the deep end. Sunbeds for all by the pool with side tables. Bar and seating area in the courtyard adjacent to the pool area, for a pleasant night relaxing with a drink and a chat.
Coast/Beach
Unspoilt panoramic view of the sea and there is a small beach in walking distance from the villa in El Jablito (a popular spot for diving schools and fishing). But 5 minutes in the car is the start of 7 miles of golden sandy beaches all the way to Corralejo, where surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing and of course sunbathing and swimming.
Golf
Fuerteventura Golf Course which hosted the Spainish Open Two years ago is 13km south of the villa.
Travel
Car higher is recommended, and the airport at Porto Resario is about 12km away.
Distances
Local shops, restaurants and bars can be found in Parque Holandes village.
Further details
For a lively night out Corralejo is only a 15 minute drive and is the main holiday resort in the north. A regular bus sevice goes every half an hour, but a car is recommended for your convenience.
Booking notes
A deposit of 20% of the accommodation cost is requested at the time of booking (non refundable). The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
