The villa is a modern recent build on a large site located in a quiet residential area. Landscaped gardens enjoy both sea and mountain views from the upper terrace. The heated pool (during winter months) can be entered from the upper terrace of the villa via a lockable gate and spacious, with a shaded pergola, surrounding sunbathing area with pool side show. Entering the villa to a large open plan lounge with satellite TV, DVD and stereo, this room also comprises of a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar area. Close by is the 'Biosfera' shopping centre. Taxis, buses are inexpensive and abundant. New international golf course is 3 minutes drive from villa Tanya (now open). Villa Tanya is located in the centre of Puerto del Carmen with short walk to the beach, popular old town and harbour.

Notes on prices
The above prices are based on 4 persons. Additional person £80 per week extra (low season and £95 high season). Christmas, New Year, Easter and mid term breaks are charged at high season rates. Special offers any weeks available. Over the next 12 weeks 20% discount. Over the next 8 weeks 30% discount. Over the next 4 weeks 40% discount.
Changeover day
Bookings are from 2pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure. Changeover day is Thursday, depending on availability and time of year, there can be flexibility on this.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds, ample wardrobe space, lockers, large mirrors and ceiling fans. |

Main bathroom has similar facilities.
Both are tiled from ceiling to floor well lit. |

The terrace area has a shaded pergola with a large dining table, six chairs and built-in BBQ for all to enjoy, whilst taking in mountain and sea views!
Coast/Beach
Villa Tanya is located just 15 mins of Arrecife airport. The resort boasts 6km of promenade lined with palm trees and numerous sandy beaches all within a 10 min easy walking distance. The 'Old Town' and 'Harbour' of Puerto del Carmen is only a short walking distance from Villa Tanya and offers an abundance of excellent bars and restaurants catering for all tastes, Villa Tanya is located close to the 'New Town' also with it's many bars, shops, restaurants catering for all ages.
Golf
New international 18 hole golf course 3 mins drive from Villa Tanya, now open.
Travel
Arrecife airport 8km. A car is not required within the resort, the island has an excellent road network and reasonable car hire is available for those wishing to visit places of interest in and around the island.
Distances
Arrecife 10km. Teguise Sunday market 20km approx. Old Town, New Town and beaches 800m approx.
Booking notes
Booking deposit of 250 stg required. Balance should be paid eight weeks prior to departure.
