Notes on accommodation
We have tried to think of everything that any guests would need and want including those with young children and babies. We do not charge any extras for anything! Air-conditioning, heating, swimming pool heating,british tv inc Sky,BBC etc, Wi-Fi internet, safe, linen, cleaning, pool towels, baby cot, baby stairguards, highchair if needed all inclusive of weekly rental. We hate extras and are sure that other customers hate them too. New! Outdoor kitchen ( see photos).
Accessibility
On the main floor level there is bedroom 3 which has king size bed, on this level is main entrance, main bathroom, kitchen, lounge, dining room which leads straight out onto terrace. Please note there are steps at front of the house and also steps down to the pool.
Outside
Beautifully landscaped gardens with various terraces, patio around a private heated swimming pool. The villa has good quality outdoor furniture, various Rattan settee and loungers to seat 8. Outside dining table to seat 8. Enough sun loungers and seats for 14 people on various terraces. 2 hammocks. Sun shades. Large stainless steel BBQ. Fruit trees with fresh fruit when available to guests (bananas, lemons, limes and satsuma).
Coast/Beach
The local Del Duque beach which is in front of the Bahia del Duque hotel is the most elegant and also one of the closest beaches to the villa approx 5 min drive. This is a very beautiful beach kept in immaculate condition with many restaurants nearby. Fanabe beach 5 min. Playa las Americas beach 7 min. Los Cristianos 10 mins - all approximate times.
Golf
There are many golf courses close by. The closest being the Costa Adeje golf course 5 min drive. Playa Las Americas golf course 5 min drive. Golf de Sur 15 min drive. Amarillo golf 15 min drive.
Travel
Local airport Tenerife south. 15-20 mins drive. Car hire is recommended or taxis, though many local shops and bars are easily within walking distance.
Distances
The north of the island and Mount Teide volcano are within a 1 hour drive.
Further details
Aqualand, Aquila Park. The new Siam Park all in easy reach by car or taxi. Lora Park is well worth a visit with the new killer whales.
