Casa Rosemont is a new 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa located on a cul-de-sac street tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Champagne and chocolates on arrival. This villa is perfect for a celebration, well equipped and offers all the comforts of home and more. Perfectly situated in the Costa Papagayo area means a 15 minute stroll takes you to the protected Playa Dorada beach beside the Princess Yaiza Hotel and centre of Playa Blanca. Features of the villa include total privacy, the large back garden, pool and terrace areas surrounded by high walls which make it both safe and quiet, heated swimming pool (8x4m) and outdoor Jacuzzi, alarm security system, full air conditioning, lounge and master bedroom leading out to pool terrace area, covered outdoor dining area with BBQ and seating area, American style kitchen with all modern appliances, DVD and satellite TV with limited English channels (bring your own Sky card for extra channels).

Prices listed are for the villa per week. Heated pool, Jacuzzi, air conditioning and heating all included in the weekly price of the villa.
Changeover day
Our preferred changeover day is Thursday, however we will try to be as flexible as possible for other days. Aer Lingus have flights from Belfast starting 30 Sep from £54 one way incl taxes!

Accessibility
All accommodation is on ground level and suitable for wheelchair access. There is a 2" high step over into the walk in shower in the main bathroom.
Outside
A particular feature of Casa Rosemont is its private garden and pool area surrounded by high walls. Comfortable sun loungers, and tables and chairs are part of the outdoor living space. For those who enjoy a bit of shade there are large covered pergolas on the terraced area at the back of the villa.
Coast/Beach
Playa Blanca is the southern most town on the island and benefits from the maximum sun available. The villa is located on a quiet development and is only a 15 minute walk to the nearest protected beach Playa Dorada and the centre of Playa Blanca with its shops, bars and restaurants. In Playa Blanca there is a beautiful seafront promenade which leads you to the new international Marina Rubicon (East) or the lighthouse (west).
Golf
The nearest golf course currently is in Costa Teguise, which is a 35 minute drive from Playa Blanca. A new golf course is scheduled to open in Tias in summer 2008, 20 minute drive.
If you are a golfer we can arrange tee times, hire of clubs etc.
Travel
The airport at Arrecife is a 30-40 mins car drive away. If you don't want to hire a car a private car transfer for 40 Euros will take you directly to the villa. Local taxi service to centre of Playa Blanca approx. 2.50 Euros. If you wish to visit places of interest on the island we would recommend car hire. Playa Blanca as a resort however offers all you will need for a relaxing holiday if you wish to stay locally.
Distances
The nearest supermarket (Sun Tropical) for minor items is a 2 min. walk and a larger supermarket and restaurants are located in the centre of Playa Blanca and approximately a 15 mins walk from the villa. Playa Dorada the a safe and protected beach is approx. a 15 minute walk or a 3 minute drive.
Further details
The villa will be decorated during the Christmas/New Year period to give that festive feeling.
Booking notes
A £100 per week deposit (i.e. £200 for a 2 week stay) is required at the time of booking - the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Please note that this villa has a no smoking policy, however there are large external patio/terrace areas for this purpose.
