Modern 2 bedroom apartment, with air-conditioning units in bedrooms, in a completely privately owned terraced complex. Private sun terrace and barbecue area level. Swimming pools are currently being refurbished. The complex next door has a heated pool, pool bar & restaurant you can use. Front door 12 steps down from complex entrance level. Lounge with a double settee bed and a twin sofa, Ipod & CD player, 32' TV + sky box showing English TV channels (except for the BBC channels), if you have a sky card you can use it and you should receive all the channels you pay for at home & a DVD player. West facing balcony with sea views and magnificent sunsets. Complex located within easy walking distance of beach, restaurants, bars etc., but far enough away not to be affected. New modern shopping complex called the “Gran Sur” is within a 5 min walk with a 7 screen cinema, large supermarket, restaurants, McDonalds, perfume and clothes shops.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for up to 4 persons per week in UK Pounds (payment in euros can be accommodated if preferred) + £25 for each additional person during low season, £35 for each additional person during mid season and £50 for each additional person during high season. We now accept payment by credit card if you wish.

Changeover day
Arrivals after 2pm and departures before 10am to allow for cleaning. These times are subject to review depending on whether or not I have other clients in or coming in. Change over day is flexible.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed, air-conditioning unit, small TV and DVD player, safe and access to balcony.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds with air-conditioning unit.
Travelling cot available.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath/shower over, WC, large vanity unit.
Kitchen: Well equipped Kitchen with hob and separate oven. Breakfast bar with 4 chairs, fridge with cool box, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board. Washing machine.
Living Rooms: 2 seater sofa bed + 2 seater sofas with 32' TV + sky box showing English TV channels (except for the BBC channels), if you have a sky card you can use it, occasional table and lamps with access through patio doors onto balcony with sea views.
Other: West facing balcony with 2 reclining chairs with cushions, patio table and 4 chairs with cushions. Private sun terrace above with built in barbecue.

The apartment is cleaned before your arrival but not during your stay. Bath towels, tea towels and bed linen are provided and changed weekly.

Notes on accommodation
This apartment and complex is ideal for families. We will not accept single sex group’s bookings with any of the group under the age of 30 and mixed groups at least 50% (excluding families) must be over 25 years old, this is due to problems we have had in the past. No pets allowed. We do not take responsibility for any loss, injury, or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you or any member of your party while staying in our apartment and recommend you take out suitable insurance before travelling. You are responsible for all members of your party especially children while in the apartment and on the complex.

Accessibility
Access unsuitable for wheelchairs, the elderly or infirm.

Kiddies play area with swings, slide etc. Basketball court.

Coast/Beach
Sandy beach at Playa De Fanabe approx 12 min walk (850m) with a pleasant promenade leading to the harbour and Las Americas/Los Cristianos.

Golf
Three of Tenerife’s 6 golf courses are located within 10-15 mins away by car.

Special interest holidays
All water sports, scuba diving and go-karting available in the local area. There is every imaginable holiday activity in the area from whale watching to medieval banquets. There are many places of interest, Mount Teide (a still live volcano, Loro Parque with dolphin, sea lion & parrot shows, an Penguin centre, breath taking views and many many more. Aqua park close by (10 mins walk) and Go-carting only 15 mins away by free bus.

Travel
Local airport is Tenerife South (Reina Sofia) and is a 20 minute taxi ride away (cost approx 30 euros each way). Car hire can be arranged at the airport if preferred but unless visiting other parts of the island we think not necessary.

Distances
Local market (Thursday & Sundays), restaurants, beach and bars all within a 10-15 minute walk.

Further details
We do not take responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the apartment and recommend you to take out adequate insurance. Parking outside the complex is on a first come first served basis. There are no bars, laundrette or reception on site.

Booking notes
£100 per week booking/damage deposit is payable within 7 days of reserving the apartment, deposit will be returned once our agent has checked for any damages and you have returned the key to me. The rental is to be paid 2 months prior to departure date. Keys will be sent to you by recorded delivery 2 weeks before your departure along with directions & code for safe. Please note in the event of you cancelling the booking with less than 3 months before you go the deposit is non refundable.

We found it very well equipped and in a great position to admire the view and see the sunset and would not hesitate to book it for future holidays. The weather was great during our stay and most days we had the pools to ourselves. It was nice to be away from the bustle of the main resort but it was close enough to walk to the restaurants and bars when required.

I bought a property in Tenerife to enjoy all year round sunshine. I chose this property for the view and location. Far enough away from the nightlife not to be distrurbed but near enough to take part in when I want to.
