We have completely refurbished our bungalow. It has a south facing terrace and a shaded west and north side. The location maximises both exposure to the sun and shade when required. The property has an apex roof allowing a cooling effect in the high season and a capturing of the heat during the winter season making for cozy evenings after long day's in the sun. We pride ourselves on the quality of our home. Located on a quiet complex of 46 dwellings with a children's and adult heated swimming pool. The beach is approximately 5 minutes walk away and likewise an array of bars and restaurants.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds based on 2 people sharing. Please add a supplement of £50 for the third guest.
Changeover day
Wednesday and Thursday are preferred changeover days, however please do not hesitate to contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate your flight arrangements.

The bedroom has twin Scandinavian beds and double mirrored wardrobes including a safe for your valuables. The wardrobes have plenty of shelves and hanging space. |

The bathroom comprises of a large walk in power shower, a toilet, bidet and washhand basin. Numerous bath and beach towels are provided for your use. There is also a linen basket, bathroom cabinet and hairdryer. |
| Kitchen: |
New kitchen with two ring hob, oven, grill, fridge, freezer, microwave-grill, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: |
Open plan living space comprising of an L shaped leather sofa, 32" plasma screen television and DVD player with a selection of DVDs. A sofa chair that makes into a single bed. Four bar stools line the breakfast bar enabling an eating position. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Our bungalow has an English manager. Our manager will greet you either on the day that you arrive or the following day. Maid service is provided weekly changing bedlinen and cleaning the bungalow. Beach and shower towels are provided. |

Outside
Your patio has a table and four chairs, with a sun parasol. There are two retractable clotheslines. Also provided are two light weight beach chairs. The swimming pool area is communal, sunbeds are provided free of charge and are supplied with a cushion. Both swimming pools are cleaned 3 times weekly. Pool side facilities include shower and toilet.
Coast/Beach
5 minute walk to the largest beach on Lanzarote; Los Pocillos. The old fishing port is within a 5 minute bus or taxi journey, where more traditional Spanish bars and restaurant's can be found. This is also where you can book boat excursions.
Travel
Arrecife airport is a 15 minute drive. Taxi will cost 12-15 euros.
Further details
Local activities include cycling, quad biking, go-carting, golf, sailing, water skiing, diving, wind surfing, fishing and para-gliding. Also there is a Hertz rent-a-car outlet within a 3 minute walk of the bungalow. One of Lanzarote's most prolific attractions 'Rancho Texas' is also in a 5 minute walk.
Booking notes
A deposit of £50 is required for each week booked. Balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival.
