Villa Casandra is located close to the centre of Playa Blanca in the Costa de Papagayo district and is particularly suitable for couples and families. The accommodation comprises, lounge, master bedroom with en-suite, second twin bedroom, second bathroom, separate kitchen and utility room and a rooftop solarium. The private heated pool with extensive sun terraces is enclosed in a secure and private rear garden. The villa is all electric and comfortably furnished throughout. Off street parking for your hire car is provided by a private driveway in the pretty front garden.

Notes on prices
Prices are for two adults per week. Additional adults are charged at £25 / 35 euros per week each. Children (under 18) go free subject to a maximum occupancy of four persons. Initial deposit of 25% of the cost of the holiday plus a £200 / 250 euros returnable breakages deposit. Balance due 8 weeks before departure. Cancellations within eight weeks of departure may incur a cancellation charge.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Thursday in peak season, but can be flexible at other times. Arrival time is normally 4pm but suitcases can be dropped off from 2pm. Departure time is 10am. Alternative accommodation can be arranged for late departures.

A weekly clean and change of linen is included, as is a twice weekly change of towels. Guests should bring their own beach towels for use on the sun beds. Additional cleaning services are available on request at additional cost. |

Accessibility
Villa Casandra is sited on level ground. There are no stairs to negotiate at ground level. There are 18 steps leading to the rooftop solarium.
Outside
Pretty front garden with private driveway for one car. Secure, private rear garden with extensive pool terraces, heated pool (9x4m), brick built BBQ. Garden furniture includes table and 4 chairs with large sun shade, 4 adjustable sun beds with high quality mattresses.
Travel
Playa Blanca is approx 25 mins drive from Arrecife airport. Although a car is not essential we would always recommend a hire car to get the best of any villa holiday. Driving on Lanzarote is relatively easy. Street parking is free and available around town.
Distances
Villa Casandra is situated mid way between the harbour and the marina, approx half a mile directly inland from the main Playa Dorado beach.
