Set back from the road in it,s own grounds behind secure private gates you can park right outside the front door, a great asset when loading luggage or groceries. Good for people with walking difficulties. Notes on prices
The above rental rates are the total cost of the villa per week in UK Pounds.
There are no hidden extras - pool heating when applicable, cot, highchair are all included in the rental.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Friday , please contact us. The villa is normally available from 2pm but guests can always come early with their luggage. Departure is by 10am. We always try to help guests on late flights minding their luggage.

Accessibility
The villa is suitable for people with mobility problems you can drive right up to the front door with only a small step. The swimming pool area is all on one level and the pool is accessed by wide Roman steps (if you need any further information on the floor plan of the villa please contact us).
Outside
The outside space has been carefully designed for maximum use during the long sunny days available here in Tenerife with a covered terrace to escape the sun when needed. The pool is rectangular 6m x 3.5m x 1.1-1.5m deep accessed by Roman steps heated to a comfortable 29 degrees centigrade when needed. Poolside is a shower unit and close by a BBQ area flanked by palms and tropical plants. Comfortable sun loungers are poolside with table and chairs for alfresco dining.
Coast/Beach
From the villa you can walk to a pebble beach with a jetty ideal for fishing or snorkeling about 10 mins away. The nearest sandy beach is about 10 min drive away.
Golf
There are 4 golf courses and a 9 hole practice club all within a short driving distance away (by car not by club!). Please contact us if you need any further details and booking information.
Travel
The villa is about 15 mins drive from Tenerife South Airport. All motorway except for the road to the coast, very easy to find, either by taxi or car. A hire car is recommended, but by no means essential.
Distances
From the villa you can walk into the resort of Callao Salvaje within 10 minutes, plus there are very easy links to the motorway TF1, making it an ideal base to explore the island from.

Callao Salvaje has everything to offer for a perfect holiday yet without the hustle or sometimes hassle of the larger resorts. Every type of restaurant and bar is available, shops, supermarket, chemist, banks, English speaking doctors, even a tennis club and gym. Public transport and taxi rank.

You can book the villa with a 20% deposit and the balance 6 weeks before arrival date. Paid through a local bank in the UK or non UK guests by bank transfer to Tenerife. You can book our villa with confidence, we are the owners, not agents.
